We spent a night here before boarding a ship down to Antarctica. The hotel itself was very nice. Clean and comfortable and a very helpful person on the desk who gave good advice around local eateries, supermarkets and laundry services. Yes, they have an 'in hotel' laundry service but it is soooo much cheaper to just use the local laundry...

We found this to be an efficient, modern hotel and conveniently located in the centre of Ushuaia. The breakfast was fine. We were slightly put off on arrival by a rather intimidating list of costs if you damage towels, bed linen etc. I wonder if this is exactly the welcoming image the hotel would wish to project.

I find this hotel consistent with it's three stars. I would strongly recommend it for it's location; in the very centre of Ushuaia. Two blocks from the central point of the main road. Near the hard rock cafe. I wouldn't recommend it for people with reduced mobility because the hotel is on a steep road. Could get tricky getting in...

This clean hotel is an expensive stop over for the cruise. It is a few blocks from the port and one block from the Main Street. Quite expensive (15o usd a night) for a hotel of its class but these hotels Taylor their business for the cruisers. The included breakfast is quite good and the room has a good harbor...

Hotel was clean modern and functional. The rooom was too hot and difficult to turn down. Central location. Good view from the breakfast room on the 4. Th floor, but a very bad tempered, aggressive waiter who shouted at us in the breakfast room. Helpful receptionists.

It was clean, comfortable and a great location if you are going on an Antarctic cruise. Our room was facing the back and was very quiet. The bed was comfortable and the room had everything we needed. The service was good. The guys at the front desk were helpful and friendly. We were able to check in early which was...

Hotel is clean with modern equipment, Reception staff were good and organised - Info like wifi password, breakfast and checkout times clearly written, even contents of the minibar. Wifi was not bad. The major problem was noise. I was sandwiched between 2 noisy neighbours. The problem is wall insulation is very, very poor.

The room was fine, until the people next door arrived - we could hear everything. Also no sound insulation from the corridor. The view was quite good and the location good. Staff recommended a good place for coffee. But we did not want to share our night with the people in the next rooms.

Stayed here for 3 nights before we went on a cruise to Antarctica. Let me start with the positives - Friendly staff - Good location - clean rooms - comfortable bed - great shower Then there is the bad - the wifi - so so terrible. Would not work in our room, despite reception telling me they 'fixed it'. Sorry,...

Anyone visiting Ushuaia will have done an amount of research and will either love the place or hate it. It's very much an industrial town, rough and ready and with a general take it or leave it attitude. Everywhere is up a hill running from the port to the top of the town so be prepared to hike up a...

“There must be other hotels in the area for similar price with better quality. Our reservation confirmation from the agent showed the hotel above average however the reception on checkin advised it to be 3 star. For the cost and valu too expensive although clean and tidy”
