This is the 5th time I stay with them during the ski season in Ushuaia. Distance to USH airport: 10min taxi ride. Distance to Cerro Castor: 40min van ride. Distance to downtown, restaurants, etc: 2/3 blocks. Rooms: They are very nice, clean, and have brand new comfy beds. During the winter, the heating system works perfectly. Wifi: works ok for...

Bed was not comfortable and the rooms are light and noisy! We didn't sleep very well during our stay. It looks like a very good hostel. Staff was helpful and breakfast is good. Location is on an uphill street. During the winter it was difficult to go up, on a snowy day, they even close the street! I really think...

Our flight out was cancelled and we called the Austral Hotel based on good reviews here, and we were not disappointed! Our family of five got two comfortable rooms - the beds are comfortable with nice linens and the showers are hot and plentiful. The host and hostess were very accommodating and the included breakfast was very good. The location...

Had an excellent stay here at Hotel Austral. The room was large and presented beautifully, bed was comfortable and was very clean (bathroom included). Room also had a skylight and black out curtains. Staff were lovely and assisted us in booking day trips with a discount for paying cash. The younger female receptionist also helped us with making arrangements for...

Excellent place and booked just days before arriving. It's got a ski lodge vibe. There is a small bar, a large waiting area and the breakfasts are plentiful with various cakes, breads, delicatessens and fruit salad. But most impressive was the service. Happy to book or try and help where possible. Booked the beagle tour on the day and even...

The location is close to the main street, on a slope. The prices in this city are very high, and this hotel is no exception. Front desk is very helpful and speaks good English. Rooms are clean, big but dark. The walls are very thin. Standard poor Argentinian hotel breakfast. Mostly pastries, no eggs.

We spent two nights in this hotel and the staff could not have been more helpful with car rentals and dinner reservations and recommendations. Hotel was very clean and the location was great with easy access to the main street and good restaurants.

This is more a hostel than a hotel.it is small (10 rooms) . You really feel that you are in the owners home. But the thing is that the owner is not professionnal at all. He is not polite and he made us feel we are not wellcome in his place. Only good thing is that he speeks english and...

I spent 1 night at the hotel and it was a great place to be for easy exploring of the city. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and breakfast was great! The staff was very friendly and let me keep my bags at the hotel for 6hrs after check-out so I could keep exploring the city and museums...

A good price for the accommodations. It was extremely well located, just blocks from the main street, Ave San Martin. The room was clean and even had a skylight. It's not fancy and the breakfast is pretty basic, but it has great staff and our room even had a skylight.
