This is ranked as a 4 star hotel. The staff was fantastic and spoke English. This hotel is not a luxury hotel by American Standards but for price location and service it is a five star hotel. It was clean, breakfast was good. We would recommend this hotel to everyone.

My eldest son and I stayed here on the second part of our trip through S America. Yes, I have had better rooms and breakfasts with more variety but I found it adequate for our needs. We had a side facing room and were able to open a window to reduce the heat. There is a place opposite the hotel...

Pretty basic yet ok. a bit overpriced for what it has to offer. very close (a walking distance) to the port. so it's perfect for those planning to have a short stop then head to embark their ship to Antarctica.

I have actually expected worse hotel but it turn out to be a very decent hotel to stay in Ushuaia, quite professional and best location for Antartica trip. Basically you can walk everywhere for shopping or for good food. Breakfast is very standard. It is just a short walk to the port so very convenient for me.

My son and I stayed here for 1 night before leaving for Antarctica cruise. $10US cab ride from airport, great downtown location and 3 block walk to pier entrance. Nice buffet breakfast, very friendly staff and comfortable room. We both would stay here again!

Service was good. Front desk helpful. Breakfast skimpy but adequate. Comfortable room. Not sure why we got twin beds. Problem was heat. We turned the radiator OFF and room was still too hot. Windows opened in with storm windows that did not open. We called front desk and were told to turn down the radiator. No help!

Friendly reception. Clean rooms but in bad need of remodelling. The breakfast is a continental breakfast - rich by local standards but in need of more attention (cereal dispensers - all except one - where not working. It has a swimming pool but I did not dare use it. The hotel is in a noisy area and overheated - so...

For a short stay in Ushuaia, this hotel provides the basic in a very good location (a walk distance from the port and one block away from San Martin St). The room is large and clean. A bit old but not in bad conditions. There is a swimming pool and spa. The breakfast does not have a variety and the...

This hotel is the ideal place to spend a night or two before leaving for a cruise out of Ushuaia. It is walking distance from the port (literally across the street from it) and offers decent rooms. I will agree with other reviewers that they are a bit more expensive than I feel they should be, but most hotels are...

I was expecting more for the money I paid. I was just coming back from a 20 day Antarctica cruise and decided to pay more than I do normally as I wanted a bit of luxury after a small cabin for three weeks. The reception area looked nice enough and the location across from the docks was ideal. I was...
