Our suite was on the ground floor. With the uneven terrain of the area, that meant we looked up at the sidewalk. We had a small patio with sliding doors that only sort of locked, but we did not feel unsafe there. The suite had a full kitchen, living area with large screen tv, a small bedroom with comfortable bed...

Our room was a huge one bed apartment nicely equipped, facing the Beagle Chanel. Continental Breakfast plus eggs and some fruit. Very kind staff. Excellent Location, one block from main street, 50 mts to the Prision Museum, and short walk to the pier.

We stayed for one night prior to transferring to a hotel with the tour group to Antarctica. It is a little worn but the staff were friendly and helpful. The room (2 bed, 2 bath) on fourth floor was spacious and perfect for our family of four. If a little bit of effort and money was invested, this hotel would...

Having 2 rooms is just nice. Although we didn't use the kitchenette, it did provide an extra sink. The "king" bed is actually 2 narrower than usual twins pushed together. The hotel needs to invest in bigger sheets. The bottom sheet only hung over the edge of the mattresses and was not tucked in on any side. I did not...

We stayed in Ushuaia 3 nights before going on a cruise. The room, really a small apartment, was huge. There was a living/dining room, more than adequate kitchen, bedroom and bath. The furniture in the living room was a little 'tired' but otherwise the accommodations were fine. We can't quite figure out why some hotels don't provide kleenix. The front...

Very comfortable hotel that is located within easy walking distance from prison museum and main touristy street for shops and restaurants. The breakfast is good, although the tables are squeezed into a space that makes it tough to navigate at times. Staff was pleasant and accommodating. While the upside is its location, its downside is the same. Views out our...

Stayed the night before our ship left for Antarctica. Great location downtown and close to dock. Inexpensive (under $20) taxi ride from airport. Good choice of nearby restaurants. Hotel is very basic and worn. Room on 5th floor was large and clean and minimally furnished. When we checked in we were assigned a room facing the Main Street although we...

We only spent one night here, prior to boarding our ship rounding Cape Horn, but we loved our stay! Two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a huge living room, dining area, and full kitchen. The breakfast buffet offered lots of choices, and most were good. Staff was friendly.

Located on the edge of downtown and just one block from the water. It is only two blocks from the prison museum. There are many shops and restaurants within a few blocks of the hotel. Breakfast is included with your room and is served in the basement of the hotel. We only had time for a quick bite during our...

We stayed at Cilene del Faro before and after an Antarctic cruise and could not have been happier with the choice. We'd considered one of the hotels higher up on the hill but that would have isolated us and you do want to get to know Ushuaia! Our room on the fourth floor overlooked the Channel (with the cruise ships...
