I stayed there last week of april with my wife and mother-in-law. We got room nr 2, Very clean and spacious room...I can say all the hotel is very neat and clean. I found one negative aspect : the excessive heat. Because of that, you start feeling sick (dizzy) ...and thats why we opened the window to let the fresh...

The room was nice. It's basically like a small apt with kitchenette so spacious with a small sitting and dining area. Very convenient location - easy to walk to city centre bus stop, shops, and restaurants. The breakfast was above average compared to others we experienced in Argentina (basic continental but with quite a bit of variety) but sub-average compared...

Stayed here for one night after a South Georgia/Antarctica cruise. The hotel has a contemporary feel and is extremely clean but it is the staff that make this a place I would recommend. We arrived early in the morning and the reception staff were immediately welcoming and advised our room would be ready well ahead of standard time. We dropped...

the staff was helpful, the breakfast options were fantastic and the view from the breakfast area was great. Split a room with a friend the twin beds were comfortable and our window faced the Beagle Channel harbor which was nice. We used the hotel as our base camp as we took tours thru Tierra del Fuego. Definitely would come back...

The hotel Alto Andino is really great. First of all the panoramic view of the restaurant on the 4th Floor is the best in town! Having breakfast here or just the free afternoon coffee with biscuits is really a great expiereance. The view on the Beatle Chanel and the surrounding mountains is breathtaking! The rooms are quite spacious and some...

Arrived Ushuaia early for an Antarctic cruise & selected this hotel off the net. Turned out to be a pretty good location, only a couple of blocks up the hill from the main street. Yes, Ushuaia's a hilly place, so a bit awkward for someone like me with a few walking challenges - but taxis were readily available & not...

Stayed here on an overnight before going to an estancia. The staff was extremely helpful. We had a two day excursion and two weeks of gear. Our rental car was too small for four men and our equipment. They helped us by letting us store 4 bags for two days until we returned. Also the front desk staff was bilingual...

I would definitely recommend this hotel. Not sure if it is a 3 or 4 star hotel. We wanted to have an upgrade to have a room with a view on the harbour, but the hotel was full. We had room 4 in the basement. And actually, we loved it. It was very quiet en a nice size. Bed was...
