Clean and straightforward hotel located right across a youth hostel. It is two streets above Ushuaia's Main Street but in a calm area. The breakfast is included but not what we can call exciting. Good and welcoming service otherwise. Not the most romantic hotel but very comfortable rooms. They have wifi everywhere but it is a little slow. So if... More

The Suite is very comfortable and modern style, with a mini Kitchen. The Restaurant is the 4th Floor with outstanding views of the bay and the montains. it has a modern style and very quiet at nights.

As many people seem to, we stayed here prior to our Antarctic cruise. Not sure if this is the best idea as it is 3 streets back from the waterfront promenade straight uphill. No way an easy walk with bags, even rolling luggage given the state of the pavements. Hotel itself is boutique style, our room was nice with comfortable... More

Pleasant hotel, slightly quirky and rambling, comfortable rooms, pleasant helpful staff, stunning view of harbour and city from top floor restaurant. An excellent starting point for a cruise to Antarctica.

We stayed at this small boutique style hotel with a group prior to embarking on our Antarctica cruise. The location of the hotel was good. Close to mini markets and not far from restaurants. Check-in was a madhouse because of so many guests arriving at once but the staff did a good job and we all were settled in. We... More

We stayed as a family of four just prior to Christmas in a cuadruple room with no view. Wifi worked well, service good, location central, clean and modern rooms and a amazing breakfast view! Would definitely recommend it.

This is our second visit - first was a year ago. This time we were given a room with a "courtyard view" - ie nothing. But this was no problem and we spent time in the top floor lounge / dining area absorbing the view of the harbour and mountains. Our room was fine and we kept it cool enough... More

We have visited this hotel on a business trip. The rooms are spacious and clean. The interior is kinda modern. The restaurant has a GREAT view over the bay. The female Receptionist is extremely friendly and helpful. It was a pleasure to be there. Wifi was working well and fast.

Modern decor in the hotel and the room. Not a lot of walking space around the king size bed (room 4), but had a sitting area near the door. Regular size bathroom with big jacuzzi tub that looked clean but chipped (I didn't try it). Well located. Painfully slow wifi. Staff are polite, but don't seem to go out of... More

Overall impression of hotel was nice. However when we asked about bottle opener we were told that to open the bottle of wine would cost us about 100 Argentinean peso - $8! Which was almost twice that we paid for the wine. We can't understand how it is possible to justify the cost of this service.
