The hotel was clean, safe and convenient but most importantly, Christina was absolutely informative and available in helping us make arrangements for our excursions. She made our trip smooth. In addition, the hotel is conveniently located by town and is only about a 15-20 minute walk. Personally I recommend a trip to Perito Moreno and El Chalten. Fabulous experience!!

The location was close enough to downtown that it was a super easy walk from the hotel. The reception was fantastic! We were greeted by name, they were anticipating our arrival and then began our easy check in process which included several highly detailed suggestions for activities for our several day stay. I have never once had such a thorough... More

Really nice and cozy place. Location is good, a fairly short walk from the mainstreet. Nice room, but bit noisy due to thin walls and doors. The real High light here is the amazing staff! So very friendly, helpful and flexible and really made an effort to make us enjoy the stay.

We stayed at this hotel for just one night. The staff was super friendly and helpful and deserves big kudos. The room we were in was average, meaning it was clearly not new but kept clean. The breakfast had nothing exceptional to be frank and choice was limited. The location is actually not bad at all in El Calafate. Would... More

I stayed with my family at this hotel during our Christmas holidays, and it has been a nice surprise. Despite they don't offer a bar/restaurant service, the staff was lovely and helpful, and the rooms quite spacious and clean. In a short walk you can reach the town center and few nice restaurants. Breakfast was adequate, definitely you get good... More

I stayed 6 nights and made sevarel trips, e.g. Perito Moreno, Torres del Paine or "ZIP lining" etc. The Hotel is quite so you have the chance to relax with a nice vier on the lake Argentino and the mountains. Christina was great, she recommend the best agencies and was also booking trips for me. Within 15min walk you're at... More

We stayed here for three nights. The owner was extremely helpful in organising day trips and helping with our flight back (which was cancelled). The rooms are simple, with good heating and very comfortable beds. There is only a small breakfast, no other meals served. You can use the dining area to eat your own food, and they will keep... Very good value for money, very nice, attentive and helpful staff. Super clean rooms. The lady in charge helped us with all the tours/tour companies and was super nice and patient about it. Only downside, it is not super close from the city center; about a 25mn walk. But if you're not staying too long, it's definitely worth it. Definitely... More

I wish I could write a glowing review of this place because the staff was amazingly warm, helpful and kind. The rooms are quaint with heated floors, soft king size beds and nice views. The location is ok. It's about a 15 minute walk from town (on pretty dry and dusty roads): close enough to walk but just far enough... More

Spacious rooms, clean, good breakfast with excellent croissants, and very, very friendly and helpful owners. The rooms were warm and well isolated, not bad when the Patagonia wind blows outside at 50 km/hr. we would suggest this place to anyone.
