Do not consider this hotel!!! Amenities are just OK and location is not good. Decoration is terrible, with low quality furniture. The staff made this the worst experience I ever had in any hotel. I traveled with my wife and 2 sons and the room they called Superior is small and below standart, I required a room upgrade and they... More

Hotel is well located, comfortable and with nice rooms. It isn't cheapest option in the city, however its a good cost benefit. I recommend for who is looking for a little more comfortable place. Sauna and swimming pool as well as a spa are included in the package

It's a good hotel. A little far from town (10 minutes walking) but sometimes it was good; every time we chose a different route to hotel. Service was not so good. Not a good attention. Great pool. Not good restaurant.

The good: Breakfast was included and had variety to it. Pool was a nice touch though quite cool water Location is slightly out of town (but still walkable). The not-so-good: Noisy: Lots of children making noise in the halls. Big tour groups leaving early in the am and slamming doors. Big tour buses parking right in front under our window... More

Like another poster, I was booked here after "La Cantera" cancelled my booking. I don't know if it was an upgrade but I was very pleased. I found the staff pleasant and helpful and the room was large and well-furnished. The bathroom was also nicely done and everything efficient, shall we say! The lobby is also spacious and attractive with... More

Stay here and you won't be disappointed. It costs 360 pasos for taxi to get here and 240 pasos to go back to the airport. Our king bed was very comfortable and supportive of my back pain and bathrooms are very clean with powerful water flow in bath tub. Toilet napkins can be flushed in toilets compared to many other... El Calafate is a small city far from any other settlement, so it's surprising to approach this large, attractive hotel from the dusty road. It's about a 15 minute walk to the town center, including a moderate upslope on the return. Large lobby with coffee/bar and overstuffed chairs and sofas handy for waiting for taxis and tour buses. Breakfast includes... More

Just returned from our 16 day holiday in Argentina and this was the only hotel that wasn't A plus. The lobby was weird, everything in the room was shabby or broken. The breakfast had dried up fruit with the rind on it and sugary items....nothing healthy to start the day. We ended up here because La Cantera overbooked reservations that we... More

This rather large hotel is located at the entrance of Calafate 80 km from the national Park of glaciers. Customer service is very decent, personnel is friendly, food at the restaurant and the bar is very good. It's probably the best place to stay in the town.

We stayed for our honeymoon and it was great. Beautiful lobin, breakfast really good and the best part was the swimming pool!! The restaurant isn't very expensive like another people said in other reviews. We been there in January, it was summer and they didn't have any aircon or fan and was pretty warm inside the room. They should have... More
