Decent sized rooms, with nice soft warm beds. Not sure if that alone would make it 4 stars though. But the garden, and other facilities are great. Best breakfast assortment so far in Argentina or Chile we come across, especially in this price range. Also has an amazing restaurant, not just as far as hotel restaurants go, but competing with...

A lovely former sheep farm, beautiful rooms. Boutique hotel with charm and interest. Check out the 19C wool baler in the lobby, the environmentally better toiletries and the daily gaucho herding sheep. Lovely spot, quiet about two blocks off Main Street.

I stayed here with my wife on a tour of patagonia. We lived it. The room was very comfortable and we could control the temperature... A lot of times in argentina rooms have been boiling without a way to cool down easily. We stayed 4 nights and really enjoyed the horses, dogs, and ibis birds that are nearby. We also...

I enjoyed my stay. The room was clean and comfortable. No TV but wifi for those that need to be connected. Breakfast was enjoyable. Enjoyed seeing all the animals on the property. No need for an arlarm. The Black Face Ibis will get you up.

We spent here couple of days & we liked it a lot. The hotel is so cozy, in the countryside with all the animals and lovely nature. It is not so far from all the shops and restaurants, walking would be around 15 minutes. The staff were very polite and nice.Breakfast was ok, there were the basic choices.

A bit on the pricey side, but probably worth it. This is a fine establishment, relatively luxurious, location and property are quite nice and tucked away. We only ate breakfast which was a rather comprehensive buffet. Apparently is quite well known, we found it by accident and were pleased. Staff was very helpful and friendly, a well run operation all...

We're leaving today after a pleasant two-day stay. The restaurant is really good and very reasonable. Comfortable beds. Only wish it were closer to downtown. We were tired after a day at Las Glacier es and never got to explore El Calafate.

Really liked this place. It used to be a hacienda and the atmosphere is good, especially in the public rooms. However, the carpet in my room is badly stained and the water in the shower doesn't seem to hold its temperature. The restaurant is excellent which made it easy for us to stay in and relax. But the hotel is...

I recently did a two week tour in Patagonia and, of all the hotels I stayed at, Kau Yatun was my favorite. It is on an old estancia and sheep were grazing on the lawn when we arrived. It is quiet and green, a 10 minute walk to town. The restaurant was attractive, relaxing and elegant, with very attentive and...

We had a very nice 2 nights stay in Tremun Kau Yatun. All the staff are extremely helpful and Melina, the girl who helped us check in was wonderful!
