The views are amazing. The staff was friendly and incredibly helpful. Helped us rent a car from a local company that was half the cost of what I was seeing online from the national companies. We also had a scheduling problem and had someone from the front desk run out and grab our laundry from a local lavanderia so we...

I give it a five stars based on comparing it to other hotels we stayed, the price, and the location. I didn't experience what a couple previous reviewers did-- I found the quality of the towels, robes, and Linens to be good. We had a lake view room with a balcony, and I'd recommend that room choice. The grounds and...

Too costly for bad quality!! To prove my review, I have added pictures of some of the issues that we had while we stayed there. I have no idea how the rating is so high here!!! We chose this place b/c it claimed to be a luxury hotel (which is NOT, maybe 2-star hotel) and seemed to be on the...

This is NOT a 5 star resort/spa as advertised, but more like a 3 star at best! The room we stayed in was not maintained as paint was peeling and door locks/latches did not work well with skeleton keys provided. Heated plank floors were extremely warped and noisy (result of bad design to directly heat wood floors). Upstairs neighbors drove...

The moment I spotted the hotel on the coastal road of the Nahuel Haupi Lake and I went up the drive way, I said wow! It's a typical series of houses built with tree trunks that you have even in your bedroom. The staff are very friendly, kind and extremely helpful. Breakfasts were good and the view from the bedroom...

The hotel was good, but breakfast was very limited and my room was very noisy. I was in the first floor and when someone in the floor above walked it was super noisy. The best past was the staff and the massage. The staff was amazing and helped us with everything we needed. Super recommend the massage!!

We booked a Lake-view room. the view was very, very pretty. The breakfast was fine, and had a nice variety. While they do not have eggs on the buffet, they make then to order so feel free to ask for that. The room itself was ample in space, but on occasion you'd hear the squeak of the wooden floors when...

The minute we arrived, the receptionist (Hernan ;) ) checked us in and gave us tips about the place (the city and the hotel) and recommended us stuff to do and places to go during our stay, which was super helpful since we didn't plan a thing (since they work as a travel agency too, the recommendations were really useful)....

Spent 2 nights at this lovely hotel overlooking the lake. One day was so cold and wet that we lit the open fire, read books, admired the fantastic view, sipped wine and are chocolate. Very helpful reception staff. Breakfast was nice with a heavy emphasis on sweet foods. Very picturesque area. Would recommend

We stayed here for a few nights during our visit to Bariloche. The hotel is very well located, close to the main tourist attractions and downtown. Sofia received us and was extremely nice and had a ton of information to share regarding tours and things to do. The restaurant next door "el Patacón" is a must also. The room had...
