although we left our ski equpment in Chile, we will DEF be back next yr and book earlier! The apartments are self catering, very comfy beds and management is very friendly and helpful. We are staying in a "2" sleeper, however there are 2 extra beds - the place is very nicely furnished, with fresh towels daily and fantastic views!...

This hotel is located on the street that gives access to Cerro Catedral, so for those planning on skiing everyday, it is just a perfect location. Everyday, during the 10minutes walk to Cerro Catedral, we would see a line of cars waiting to get to the parking lot... and we were so much faster walking! We arrived just after a...

We were last summer in Village Catedral and had a very good experience. The appartment was comfortable and clean for my family of six, but it only had one bathroom (but we knew it when we booked it). The recreational activities were really fun: treaking, country day in the lake, treaking at night including traditional meals (the best!), activities for...

The location is good and close to the mountain if you don't mind walking 1/2 mile on a daily basis to the lifts, the rooms are of a good size but with only one bathroom, it's not comfortable at all, specially when traveling with kids, you can also count on very lousy beds & linen, never went to the restaurant,...

During the weekend the heating system broke out and we lost almost 1 day to go to another hotel. The staff was unorganized. They were not prepared to handle this kind of situations. We got back dissapointed for the issues that we had in the hotel

The pictures on booking.com are not showing this place. Breakfast 1/10th of what the pic shows, so are the room and the building. I could not sleep properly for the 5 nights we stayed there, the beds were uncomfortable and smallest I've seen. Room is dirty, I like to quickly put my clothes in cupboards and this time I had...

Nice place, about 200m from the Amancay lift. The room was spacious and had a full kitchen. The hotel has a nice heated swimming pool and jacuzzi with a nice view of the mountain - where you can kick back after a day on the slopes. It also helps that you can use it on your last day after checking...

Having paid in advance for a 5 days stay (Hotel condition) my wife and I were anticipating a fantastic holiday in an "Exclusive Mountain Resort & Spa" (... this is the first line you can read in their website…) As soon as arrived there, we immediately realized we had been cheated. Terrain around the complex was flooded and in precarious...

We saw the hotel website. (---) The web site created some expectations, and I thought wife and I will be staying at a lovely spa resort in the mountains. I am afraid the website is the biggest misrepresentation I ever saw! Incidentally, the hotel is highly rated on Travelocity, but we could not book it on line, and used the...
