This hotel is located about 30 minutes, by car, from the Centro Cívico, a tourist center with restaurant, shops, etc. One of the most important areas of the city. The outside of the building and common areas looks great. It has a beautiful view to the lake. The rooms need an upgrade. The restaurant offer good food, but limited, and the service as a whole was good. The WiFi signal was poor, we had to go to the lobby to get a good signal. The free breakfast that they offer is basic. We were a family of four and we all enjoyed the time.

The lack of maintenance makes it difficult to believe it was a 4 stars hotel... The heat can't be regulated so either it's too cold or you get up at night sweating... The door to the balcony of our room was broken and the response from the hotel was that they didn't have maintenance due to lack of money... During breakfast they run out of milk ... We are really disappointed...

We went during off season and felt like we had the entire place to ourselves. The hotel was lovely. The staff was very attentive. The walk down to the dock was glorious. The best sunset ever! Breakfast was better than typical South American breakfasts.

The architecture, the views, the cuisine, the vibe..... EVERYTHING was exceptional. I highly recommend this hotel if you are planning to visit Bariloche. The views are the best in Circuito Chico! The area is the best in the region (Villa Llao Llao) the value for money is just excellent and you will always feel at home. The breakfast is impressive and the menu that changes every day is amazing. The bedrooms are small but confortable.

This is the most quaint, charming hotel! The views from the moment you walk in are inspiring! The rooms are quite comfortable. Breakfast in the morning is very good and dinner as well. Be sure to go out early in the morning and walk down to the lake. The morning light is beautiful. Also, we were treated to a beautiful sunset. Great place for the price. Oh, and the owners & staff were great!
