The Front Desk staff and the other staff are very nice and helpful from the check in up to leaving. The manager Martin is able to speak good English and was helpful in providing us the details what we wanted to know. The other front desk staff also very helpful. It is convenientl…
The service from the front desk, dining and cleaning staff was all great, but unfortunately I cannot recommend sleeping here because it was not comfortable for us. The walls are thin so we heard other guests (for example, sneezing in the room next door), and we heard road noise t…
Extremely rude night manager. Did not even want to help us check in we reached around 3am.

Horrible place. Bad management, unfriendly personnel, unpleasant and noisy rooms. Very small and uncomfortable beds. Never had been in such a dump! And claims to be a three star hotel!!! It has not been renovated in years!
"Rooms facing the street are extremely noisy. There is no air conditioning and in summer you have to open the windows."
"The rooms vary considerably in size at the same level. Ask to see the room and try to switch if not happy - the rooms are NOT the same. Room 107 for example should be avoided if possible."
"Ask for a room at the back of the hotel so you get no street noise. It's not a busy street anyway, but just zero noise at the back. Lovely."
"Ask for a room off the street if you don't mind not having a view."
