I loved my one week stay in Alaska hostel. The dorm rooms are big and lit with a nice woodden furniture. There is a lot of common space in the kitchen, the porch and the living room so you can make a lot of friends and really enjoy your stay. The kitchen is really well equipped and multiple persons can...

A really great hostel with nice people. I went here with a friend and we slept in a dormatory. The kitchen has a lot of space and you can sit outside with a great view. The breakfast was not really special but it was good. The only thing is that the hostel is located pretty far away from the center...

Stayed at Alaska Hostel over Christmas 2015 and had a wonderful time. The team there were super helpful and knew all about their area, giving advice on things to do, places to go and even organising tour around the 7 lakes for us. Alaska Hostel provided the perfect place to explore the area from, and chilled out place to relax...

I had a great time at Alaska Hostel. I stayed at Alaska Hostel for 18 nights straight for a variety of reasons. The owners Javier and Naty are great people! I bet you can't move as fast as Naty moves! Getting to hang out with the hostel dog Lolis is also a treat. Good washing machine if you need to...

Great place to stay if you can't afford to be on the mountain. Danny, one of the hostel's staff, drives a van up to Catedral every day around 9 AM for 100 pesos round trip per person. Breakfast is provided every morning. Nice clean beds, hot shower, and heated rooms. Welcoming place wish we could have stayed longer.

Stayed here for four nights and had the warmest welcome to a hostel ever. The staff are amazing. We were given a map, explained the main points and helped to get snow gear together when we needed it. They even offer rides up to Catedral of you want. You can also join in on meals there at night. Breakfast is...

This is hands down the place to stay in Bariloche. Ignore the previous review below about plumbing and room conditions, the showers are always hot, the bathrooms are clean, the bedrooms are immaculate. And I've been here 6 times since October. Free tea and coffee for 24hours is provided, and they bake the bread for breakfast in house. As an...
