Very nice hostel, The staff is awesome, it really felt like being home, especially because me and my friends are jewish and we celebrated hanukah almost like in israel. The price is also the lowest that you will get all over bariloche. So go there and have fun!

Me along with four friends went to punto Sur after searching for a while - clearly the cheapest hostal there. 110AR $ for a night with breakfast included. Welcoming reception, knows English, Spanish and Hebrew. warm feeling all around, Good WiFi. This might be the best bang for buck hostal in bariloche. Spent there a week.

The hostel was really good. The location's really comfi, there's space in the room and it's very convinient that each room has a private bathroom. The rooms are being cleaned at daily basis (which is not in most hostels!), breakfast nice and the staff is all English speaking and incredibly nice! :)

Stayed in door room with 6 beds off the reception area. It was kind of rough. Not enough lockers, seemed slightly dirty. Bathroom was small and toilet was temperamental. Breakfast was lame. Tiny rolls and some butter and jam. It seemed that there were more American "volunteers" working, than actual guests staying there. It made for a rather cliquey environment.

Stated here for 4 nights. As a couple we had a set of bunk beds and a single with private bathroom... bed config was fine by us but others may be disappointed by lack of double beds. Rooms were spacious and warm with hot showers, toilet roll, towels and cable tv! Victoria was a super helpful host assisting with maps,... More

I had a great time in Punto Sur, they treated me like family there. There is a huge porch overlooking the lake with a grill, a good kitchen and a nice living and dining area. The rooms are for 6, 4, and 2. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. After 12 they keep quiet, and there is... More

Our whole room was flooded because the toilet broke(water drained all over). The staff did not fix it and we had to use blankets to stop the water from wetting our bags. We were promised breakfast but we only got a piece of butter/jam and a tiny bun (coffee was okay). The rooms were clean. The kitchen was organized and... More
