This is defiantly one of the worst service experiences we had in South America. We came to the hostel to make a reservation for two days later. The guy at the front desk looked very confused and told us it was his first day. He told us he booked a room for us and after we asked him if we...

Hostel really good and cheap near the center with friendly staff!! Clean at everytime. Realy good bbq by Martin the owner for only 150 pesos (nothing for Bariloche). I recommend it!!! And Bariloche is a really good place for all seasons (skiing, trekking, rafting...)

Great hostel! View of the lake from the balcony, owners and workers are easy going and helpful. Great location, close to the city center and all the bars and clubs. Breakfast of bread and jam was nice! Buenas Ondas!

I stayed for one week and the hostel was run by volunteers. The male volunteers were more interested in drinking than helping guests, the guy on night shift slept through instead of checking people out and letting people in during the night, the owner was barely present

Hostel Punto Sur has everything you want from a hostel. The owner – Martin is really nice and friendly and the volunteers who help him run the hostel make a great travelling atmosphere. They are always willing to help and share information. The hostel is clean, pretty and have all the facilities one need. (Great kitchen, comfy beds, hot showers)....

Good location with views of the lake. It is a comfy hostel: nice kitchen, living and terrace. We used the bbq outside to try to do our own asado. Dorms have the perfect size and they are kept clean. If you need to plan your stay at amazing Bariloche, they will help you do it! Thanks for the tips :)

Stayed here with a group of friends at the beginning of the week and it was not what I expected. Toilet paper was never replaced, I never saw the staff clean, toilets weren't working so 2 or 3 dorms had to share 1 toilet. At one point the water went out for a few hours and dishes were everywhere, 3...
