The hotel is good with some issues. The heating system works too good and the room is too hot. Elevators are too slow and the key cards to enter your room get problems very often, in 4 days I have requested to program my key at least 4 times. Breakfast is good as well as the SPA they have,Mohicans is...

A three week stay anywhere is a long stretch in any hotel but this city while a few hundred thousand people large gets small very quickly and reminds me of west Texas dust and sand quite a bit. The hotel is European like, comfortable larger rooms, nice size restroom with shower, toilet and bidet. A free breakfast every morning is...

While my wife and I lived in Argentina. My parents surprised us with an Anniversary trip. They paid for us to stay at this hotel and bought us dinner. The hotel was beautiful and in the perfect location. It was super safe. The restaurants that were in the hotel were delicious, however they were are little expensive but well worth...

My first time to Neuquen and this was booked for me by my customer. I have been pleasantly surprised. All the staff are friendly and try and speak English, some very well. All better than my Spanish!. Rooms are comfortable and well cared for on a daily basis. Breakfast is buffet style and something for all. I have eaten in...

The room itself was fine, rather spacious actually. The staff was friendly and did their best to converse in English. The bar/restaurant was ok and had an adequate selection of food and wines. Breakfast was nice and the staff was friendly. Note the workout facility is basically non-existent. I asked at the front desk where the gym was, the nice...

The hotel is currently painting and there is a horrible fume that smells like toxic gas seeping into my room. I have such a terrible headache from it. I was kept up until 2am because I couldn't sleep from a bad headache. This is toxic! Horrible horrible!

The good: The staff were great and couldn't do more to help you. Very polite and friendly. The restaurants in the hotel, which I went to frequently, were very good. House keeping are magicians, left my room for ten minutes. It had been cleaned, bed was made, how did they do it! Amazing! Laundry service was prompt although I did...

Sure wasn't the Four Seasons, but my room was clean, had plenty of hot water, and was a great location. I wasn't prepared for twin beds, but I was by myself so it was ok. Front desk staff spoke English, which I needed as I don't speak Spanish.

First of all they have room service, second their waiter (staff) at night are very friendly and courteous. I have only good...

This is a very bad hotel. Where do I begin... the hotel is dirty, old, dated and has very poor maintenance. For example, there are weeds growing out of the cracks in the concerte at the pool. In the room, the linens were old, the furniture was dated, the refrigerator was never restocked unless I asked, it was very noisy,...

“Ask for a room overlooking Argentina Avenue, or else concretely demand it not to face a wall, as my one (903) mostly did (I had to remain working in the room, almost got to know every single brick there...) Attention: high floors offer nice panoramas, but elevators may take some time to come, at rush hours... Not so terrible, anyway.”
