We spent 3 days with the family, we felt we were at home. Quinta la Paceña is amazing, we had a whole wing of the house, the owner Lily was divine, helping and assisting us constantly, from booking it over the phone to even turning our heaters on before the night ! Its very well located, breakfast was lovely and...

This was by far the best hotel we stayed at during our three weeks in Argentina. The rooms are clean and tastefully decorated. The garden is a wonderful place to relax, read a book and watch the hummingbirds. The owners and the staff seem like they love doing what they're doing. The breakfast was a bit to much carbohydrates compared...

Before our arrival, my wife and I planned to stay in la quinta La Pacena for 1 night. We actually spent 3 wonderful nights there. The owners are super friendly, the breakfast is delicious and the price for the night is very attractive. If you are in the area, you must stay in la Quinta La Pacena!

This hotel is well located at the top of a hill with beautiful gardens. Our room was quite small with the standard small Argentinian double bed but was very comfortable. The bathroom was very good. Everything is well well furnished. But...our welcome wasn't great and breakfast was really rather poor - just a piece of bread and some jam served...

We planned to stay 2 days and ended up staying a full week. This says all. Beautiful house, beautiful garden, with a nice family suite if you are traveling with kids. Perfect location, apart from the fact that Tilcara as such is a great place.

...but I cannot recommend any. Although the location of this place is fine, only a 10 minute walk from the main drag, our stay was marred by being assigned a below standard room with only a tiny double bed. And plenty of mossies to annoy us all night. But that would have been only an annoyance if we had not...

I stayed several times in La Quinta during my trips to Tilcara and would highlight several observations that make this place uniquely beautiful: 1) The house is absolutely beautiful, special, and makes you feel that you are indeed in another region of the world, far away from typical US hotels "a la Hilton"; every single detail has been restored in...

This place was a real highlight of our trip. Basically, this place is awesome, almost ludicrously good value for money and a real find. You can't tell from the photos just how nice (and special) this place is. Totally charming, thick-walled, beautifully restored very old buildings, where every detail has been thought through impeccably by the architect owners. Every nook...

We got a recommendation from our hotel in Salta for this place and it did not disappoint at all. It is a small posada and you feel like your staying in someone's house. The room was tiny but comfortable and it wasa relief not to hear doors slam. Finally some peace and quiet. You can walk easily to all the...
