I highlight the location, since it is close to the center. In my case, I stayed in the standard room. It was spacious and comfortable, with cable TV, as well as the bathroom, the shower was excellent. The room does not have a ceiling fan, but floor fans are available. The breakfast is very complete, buffet style, they offer fruits, yogurt, cereals, varieties of tea and bread.
They have a refrigerator in the dining room where you can store your food and/or drinks. They also have a variety of drinks for sale.
Very friendly staff. I would definitely return.

Very nice hostel hotel located in Tilcara.
It is located a few blocks from the main square where they sell crafts and about 5/6 blocks from the center (where there are several restaurants).
We stayed in a triple room which was very spacious and comfortable. Just like the bathroom.
The decoration of the hotel is beautiful, combining the essence of the north but at the same time with a tone of modernity.
Very rich breakfast, quite varied.
The multipurpose dining room is spacious and has everything you need to use for breakfast, lunch or dinner. And the view of the mountains is unbeatable.
Very good staff attention.

I was staying in a shared hostel room. They are 5 well separated beds.Super clean as they clean daily. Single beds (not cuvettes) complete and with good mattresses, with individual light table, full bathroom and works super well. Provide individual towel. It also has a sector for washing clothes by hand and laying. The common use sector has a beautiful view of the saws, functions as breakfast and also has the kitchen and grill for common use, dishes, coffee and tea for use without limitations, armchairs to enjoy the rest. The place is very nice and comfortable. Everything is very clean and well maintained. Breakfast includes homemade bread, cheese, sweets, cold cuts, tortillas and crescents. They also sell drinks.

Excellent place. A few blocks from the main square. Great kindness from all the staff, always willing to answer any questions and guide you on places to visit. Breakfast is abundant, the kitchen is available until 10:30 p.m. for whoever wants to use it. The common area is spacious and has a beautiful view. The beds are comfortable and the shower excellent.
I would definitely choose it again.

Beautiful building, extremely comfortable rooms and great management (Tomi, Santi and Luz). Breakfast with the best view and happy staff, two blocks from downtown and yoga classes. If you arrive from the city, after a couple of days everything seems lighter.

We had a double room with bathroom and our stay here was wonderful. Very very clean and pretty hostel! It was by far the best one in Argentina during our 3week trip.
Breakfast is also good and we felt very much at home here. 👍🏼
The location is perfect to also visit Purmamarca And Salina Grandes.

The hostel is located just a few minutes walk from the centre of Tilcara - it’s only a small town so nowhere is far. As with the rest of our travels, the staff were awesome and the room was clean. They had a small but nice breakfast selection including home made bread which was delicious!
When we stayed in Tilcara, it was snowing in the town for the first time in 33 years! We really struggled to keep warm in our room, it got down to something like -5c at night. The small heater and single glazed window really didn’t cut it but we just put it down to the freak weather. I’d stay again but maybe in Summer next time!

I loved my stay at this hostel.

Greatest breakfast I've had in all of South America - press your own orange juice, a LOT OF homemade bread and jam, dulce de leche, fresh fruits, yogurt, tea, coffee, cacao, cake... you name it.

Great Kitchen, Great showers, Quiet, great view, really helpful staff, clean, big lockers, 24 hour reception, safe, possibility to organize a tour. Wifi is so so, but good early in the morning.

Stayed one night in 2bedroom and one night in the dorm. 2bedroom was definitely better. Like a hotel.

Best value for money in tilcara. That's a fact.

I was suppose to stay three nights and ended up staying five. The hostel was so nice and the owners (Sandy & Luis) really know what they are doing and well there customer service skill and attention is one of the best you will get in the world and I am not just saying for a hostel this is hotel standard. They really know how to make a really nice friendly environment by the way they treat everyone and I can only commend them for this as this then helps guests to really relax and well it makes for a great environment for everyone.

The breakfast is an incredible spread and really very very generous with everything. It is self service and they are very quick to replenish anything like the cakes once they are finished etc.

The communal area where you have breakfast I think is fantastic and really a nice place to relax and socialise. The kitchen is also nice if you want to cook yourself. The cleaners they have for the bedrooms and all other areas I found to be exceptional. The beds were very comfortable and they make your bed everyday which is hotel standard, your given a towel, shampoo, conditioner and soap again something you would get know where else except for a hotel.

The view also from the communal area is beautiful and I spent much time just relaxing staring out the windows at the view. In the bedrooms the single beds all have sockets beside them and some have lamps. The showers were very nice and really hot which I really enjoyed also.

The location of the hotel was perfect just outside the main square on a quite road and also something I didn’t mention but is very important to backpackers the WiFi is very good considering where Tilcara is located. I had a lot of research to do while there and was able to spend one full day just relaxing and doing this without a problem with the WiFi which was great.

Overall this hotel/hostel offers extremely good value for money and well I can’t thank the owners and staff enough for all there hard work and I think they are doing an incredible job.

Oh Tilcara itself as a location is also really nice and a great place to discover Humahuaca and Purmamarca from and well as I said before this hostel I would recommend to everyone.

Thanks again for everything Luis, Sandy & Orazio.

Kind Regards
Pearse

This is a really nice place to stay. It is a rambling place with lots of wood and terracotta. Our room was large and nicely decorated. Staff seemed pretty busy but very accommodating. Breakfast was pretty average. Within walking distance of downtown.
