I've stayed here several times when circumstances required that I could not stay in my condo nearby. I'm happy to report that my last stay was very good, I think they have may have updated the mattresses because it was awesome - felt like a tempurpedic. Room was quiet, good sized. Breakfast was generous and efficient. Plenty of parking as...

First, the positives. The location is great for access to downtown Mesa and the price was lower than I expected for the area. There are some casual dining restaurants within walking distance also. The staff was very friendly and helpful; always greeting us pleasantly. The breakfast was typical scrambled eggs, sausage, cereal, and rolls; all seemed fresh and tasted good....

Arriving we were surprised at the poor condition of the hotel, our suite had been refurbished but like so many hotel motels they leave the bathroom. The tub had been refinished but was peeling the paint and the over drain was rusty. The room was ok, the bed not so good. The halls and rooms stink of chemicals. We left...

It's definitely not the Hilton down the street but for the price, it's okay. I always check the mattress before settling in and I've never seen such an interesting stain on the corner of a mattress before this. Since there were two queen beds I chose the other. If the walls need touch up paint it's better to repaint the...

The hotel itself was fine. The two gentlemen I encountered at the front desk were excellent. But the manager didn't seem like she understood how to work in the hospitality business. When I had an issue with my wireless internet, she just sat in her office and made the new front desk guy keep going back and forth instead of...

The front desk was very friendly and helpful. The room was all good except the shower and tub had seen better days. The breakfast had very good options, but two of the days we were there, the waffles had run out by the time we got there and weren't replenished.

I live near this hotel, and since I stayed there before I decided to turn to them when the air conditioning in my condo broke.
