My husband and I stayed at this wonderful hotel in downtown Mesa,AZ. While vacationing in March of 2015. The staff is very accommodating and friendly. It is across the street from the Mesa community college. You would think it would be busy and noisy at the college, but we did not encounter that at all. There is a sports bar...

Your comments are very much appreciated regarding your stay. We always value feedback! We feel we have a great location, close to downtown, and all that our historic downtown area has to offer. That will only get better when the light rail opens this fall. Our guest will have so much access to Tempe, Phoenix, and Sky Harbor airport. All...

A great stay. What I would expect of a Marriott. Nice lobby. The check-in was seamless. Even though we were very early for check-in, they had a room ready for us and the check-in person could not have been more pleasant or friendlier. He gave us a high room overlooking the mountains which would have been excellent if it had...

Wow! Thank you so much for your kind words about your stay. While we appreciate all reviews for feedback, these are the ones that support the efforts of our staff. Your comments have been shared with the entire team. We consider our location to be a bit of a hidden gem. Quiet location, very close to downtown, and this fall,...

Situated in a quiet suburb, there is little to do within walking distance. The hotel itself was modern and very welcoming with a bright and spacious lobby and pleasant reception staff. We had a lovely spacious and beautifully appointed room with a good bathroom. No in-room safe. Reasonably fast in-room wifi. We were on a coach tour and a general...

Thank you so much for taking the time to provide us feedback. I certainly hope that you enjoyed your visit to the US. Our coffee bar does use paper products because most people are taking their coffee to go, but we should also look at other options for those that are staying in house. Our hotel works within the Marriott...

My last review I wrote that the Marriott was on its way to being excellent. They were in the middle of a refresh. I had really high expectations...and was a little disappointed that they fell a little short of excellent. First, they did finally get HD TV, but they stuck with TV's that are way too small for the rooms....

I appreciate your comments, as well as your expectations of our hotel. While we have made numerous changes and enhancements to our rooms, and amenities, there is always room for improvement within any hotel. I apologize for your lack of recognition as a Platinum member. We have a large percentage of our guests that are Platinum and Gold members of...

I stayed for about 4 days with some friends, we drove from California so by the time we got there we were pretty tired. Among pulling up we saw a number of teenagers running around the building and our first thought there must be some party thing going on and we thought we'd have problems the whole weekend. Luckily we...

Thank you for your feedback regarding your stay with us in Mesa. Your stay coincided with a time that included several youth sports teams. While they were active, we also did our best to curb their enthusiasm in the evening hours. We do our best to make sure that our cleaning products do not become noticeable. I apologize if our...

We stayed 4 days and had not stayed in a Marriott hotel before - it was nice, but for the money we paid I really did expect more. Our room was clean, average size, average look. I was dismayed to find they charged for wifi use, $6.98 a day! Front desk staff were hit and miss, some very helpful and...

I so appreciate your feedback on your stay. We always welcome our Canadian friends this time of year--and throughout the year! The first task every morning for my maintenance team is to clean and vacuum the pool. I have spoken with them about your comments. Our wifi charge is a standard among Marriott Full Service Hotels. If you are a...

The rooms were clean & the elevators are fast. The staff was nice & respectful. The beds are full size, so they are really small. I wish they had queen size beds. The pool area was fantastic for a get together after our games. There are plenty of eating establishments to either pick up something or have it delivered. The...

Thank you for your great comments concerning your stay. I appreciate the kind words about the staff, and the hotel. I am happy that you had the chance to enjoy the hotel. We stayed 2 nights here as a stopover and we were welcomed and helped by the staff every day. Top notch! They also follow the Marriott elite program exactly which is always nice to experience. Could use a little renovation but well maintained. Recommend.

I very much appreciate your comments about our staff. That will be shared. We have done much renovation in the last few years. Rooms, elevators, HD upgrade, and our Internet. This summer we will renovate our ballroom and restaurant area. We are looking at other projects related to the exterior. Needless to say, we are investing, and listening to customer...

This Marriott was the only one I could find that cost within my per diem allowance. It turned out it was at least 30 minutes from the places I needed to be. Thank you for taking the time to respond to us concerning your stay in Mesa. Our parking is located to the East and North sides of the hotel. I'm sorry that this was an inconvenience for you. We stayed at this hotel just after Christmas, 2014. The check in was fast and efficient as was the check out.
