I don't know how a place could be better at what they do!! I travel constantly for work and have visited my share of hotels and inns good and bad. The folks that run this property are absolute pros! Charming cottages with views that cannot be beat. This was the lodgings for the crew who built the adjacent dam in...

Our Granddaughter got married at the ranch this past weekend. All the cabins were filled with family members of the bride & groom. The Ranch was perfect! The staff acted more like family members than staff. They all deserve 10 stars at least. A small group of us went on a 30 minute trail ride. The stables aren't part of...

Our room was more like a suite with a King bed, side tables and then opposite the bed a sitting area, desk and a long walk-in closet. We were surprised to open a door and find two additional single beds, two side chairs and the refrigerator. The room had a vintage charm reflecting the history of the property. You can...

We stayed for just one night after a Cub's game in Mesa. Less than a half hour from the park, not bad But on the way there I realized that they were kind of in the middle of nowhere, so I called to ask about dinner options. They said they have a nightly barbecue which they could add us to...

We loved our three nights at the Ranch in cabin 18. The bed was really hard, so if you like soft beds, you may have a difficult night sleep. I'm not sure if all of the beds are hard, but we had a little difficulty sleeping due to this. Other than that, this is a wonderful stay and the cabins...

Be sure you know what you are getting into before booking the SLR. We loved it for two nights in March 2017 but it certainly isn’t for everybody. Located in the beautiful rolling hills of the Saguaro Lake area, the SLR offers a fairly rustic experience. Our cabin did not have a tv, a fridge or a coffeemaker. But it...

I stumbled onto a treasure when I booked here. The people are some of the most friendly that I have ever experienced anywhere in my 60 years of traveling. I would return here over and over. The scenery is breathtaking. The people are top Notch. The breakfast was fabulous. The place has the old world charm of an old John...

Fabulous cosy place to stay, with the feel of the Old West (okay I'm English, so everything delighted me). I particularly love the skunk running around the porch, but others might not be so keen! It's a great place for a walk down to the river at dawn, I also got a great welcome and "dinner" in front of a...
