The house I'm moving into isnt going to be ready in time so I needed somewhere to stay for a couple of weeks. Found a good deal on a weekly rate at Windemere Hotel and Conference Center. I had stayed there years ago so was familiar with the property. OMG what a change. From the street it looks lovely, tucked...

This is a dreary and dirty place. Couldn't rate lower than a 1. Why Allegiant had this place on their lodging list is beyond me since it's about 15 miles from the airport, , but at least they removed the Windemere from their list of emergency lodging for stranded passengers.

I gave a 1 rating being generous and not having a lower rating. Quick check in was the highlight of this stay. Second floor with no elevator even after notification weeks in advance of being handicapped were ignored. The room was non smoking, cigarette butts in room and on patio. Carpet and bedspread had multiple cigarette burns. Walls and room...

Less than 3 years ago, this hotel was well cared for. Today, everywhere you look, filth! The grounds are not maintained anymore. Broken furniture laying about. Fecal matter not cleaned up. Sidewalks are filthy. Trash receptacles are over flowing. Bathroom tiles ate broken and missing. Tub will not drain. Counters in kitchenette are sticky. Complaints to management fall upon deaf...

Bates Motel has little on this one. Someone pissed on the post outside our door. Carpets Stank. Cobwebs and who knows what in the beds. Doors open into back alley. Not safe. Never book this. Maybe turn it into a halfway house?

Outside grounds are very nice but room was very disappointing. TV did not work (connection falling out of wall) ROOM WAS SO OLD AND SHABBY We asked for a wakeup call and did not get. I told the desk clerk about this and didn't get any response. The price was to expensive---- more than we paid in Tucson for a...

If I could rate this place a zero I would. The check in process was awful....took him 25+ minutes to assign me a room and give me a key card. There was no one in front of me either. Once I got to my room, I wanted to leave. It smelt like someone had gone #2 but was then sprayed...

Reasonable rooms in Phoenix in February are hard to find. Advice: pay a little more and avoid this place. Worn out furniture, dirty carpets, old bedspreads, and simply horrible offerings at the included breakfast buffet made staying here a forgetful experience one might expect in a remote outpost in some third world country. This facility was probably constructed in the...

If there was something """"BELOW""" terrible, it would be this pig sty, this flop house for druggies, this pathetic excuse for a decent hotel, with rude front desk staff, with incompetent housekeeping staff and absolutely --- sometimes you got towels, sometimes you didn't and when you did they were so stained and ""stiff"" you wondered if they had been washed---...
