I booked eighteen rooms at this hotel for a conference my company was participating in at the Mesa Community College. We arrived around 1:00pm and only a few of our rooms were available. We left to have lunch and returned around 2:30pm and they were able to check the rest of us in. The hotel is just off the highway...

I'm so sorry that unlike the rest of your group you did not enjoy your stay with us. All of the 1st floor rooms no longer have direct pool access because of the local fire code.

We got a suite and it was in a building facing the freeway. All bedrooms in the suite building face onto the freeway. All rooms open directly to the outside onto an open balcony over looking the pool. The traffic noise kept me from getting much sleep that night. If you go to this hotel ask for a non suite...

I filed a police report due to their housekeeping going in our room when I had a do not disturb sign on the door as well as told the front desk I did not was any service during my stay and an item was stolen. They staff as well as their manager didn't care about my items being stolen as...

I'm very sorry that you had such a bed experience during your stay. Your housekeepers service your room everyday unless there is a do not disturb sign posted.

Stayed 3 nights, help always courteous and smiled, ordered to go from restaurant and meal delicioys. Did not pay the requested $10 for breakfast. Facility is very clean, just seems outdated. Air conditioning controlled from actual unit, versus wall thermostat and is loud and not terribly efficient. Only complaint...

An older hotel in a great location in need of an overhaul. The bed was comfortable and I did not see any bugs or anything like that. The carpeting, window coverings, and furniture is showing its age for sure.

We recently stayed at this hotel for a tournament (it was designated to our team). The hotel is very dated, but appeared clean upon arrival. Our original room had a carpet full of large stains. One of our other team members also had large, smelly, wet stains on her carpet. Our second room was better but had toilet issues. On...

Had a work meeting, they have conference rooms. just ok, really. The shower was quite touchy, either scalding, or cold. Other coworkers had the same experience. Bear in mind, the breakfast is not included in the room rate, unless you purchase it as an add on. For 12 bucks, I'd say no. It was just your standard breakfast offerings that...

The hotel itself is very nice and close to everything. The "problem" we found was that it looked like our room had been "broken into" at some point. The door looked as if it had been pried open and the door leading to the balcony had a gap over the top of it that allowed noise to come in...planes, cars,...

We came into town for the Christmas weekend and wanted a convenient location to access the highway to get around the area. This was the correct call and we enjoyed our stay.
