We love this resort have stayed many times this year and are going back next week. Got to make sure the trash can you get has a lifting bar or you can will not get emptied when we asked the guard a bout our trash not being picked up he said not his problem
Great, new RV section! Sites are spacious and well thought out. Amenities are top notch! The grounds are well maintained and lush. Definitely an A+ RV Resort. Summer is the best time to stay here...if you can stand the heat. We stayed here 10 days with temps well above 110.
After our 2nd year here we decided to purchase a new home! Great amenities and love the friendships you make here! Lots of places to walk to here to eat, Starbucks and grocery store. Give it a try you won’t regret it. Big rig friendly!!!
We love this park and plan to return in the fall. It has everything to offer, the staff and residents are great. We made many new friends and met some great pickleball players. We highly recommend this park if you are staying in the Mesa area.
We stayed a little over 2 weeks and it was great. It has great amenities and is close to many locations. The resort is clean and friendly and has 2 great dog parks that we used. We are planning to go back in the fall or winter and can't wait.
The park is very beautiful. It is located near the Superstition Mountains. The staff we interacted with were very pleasant. There are several gas stations and restaurants within one mile of the park. My husband and I will definitely stay here again.
We had a great time visiting this resort with its new RV Area. Spaces are very easy to find and access. There are so many things to do here from the several pools, clubhouse, tennis and baseball field. Yes that is right a baseball field. Find that in another RV Resort. All of the employees we made contact with were so nice and always helpful.
Love it here! Great pools, great space, great people. It is unfortunate that Thousand Trails and Parks like this don’t seem to communicate very well. That’s my biggest issue. They make us move and the place has all kinds of openings.
See Below narrative and answers to the survey questions. We liked the clean and well kept buildings on the grounds. We hope Monte Vista will still end up renting some units in 2023. Gary & Deborah Klein
Excellent location EXCEPT for the street noise that starts early and goes late. Very clean and well maintained. Good and conveniently located amenities. Do not stay at Monte Vista if you have a wi/fi requirement. Event with state-of-the art equipment you will not have workable wi/fi. Makes no sense in 2022 given the technology available and the fact that people work remote today and will well into the future. At $1,500 a month plus water, sewer, garbage and electricity fees, one should have workable wi/fi.
