This double tree is a really nice hotel. The rooms are nice and spacious, the lobby and bar are welcoming, and the breakfast is a plus... No one else had access to my room since there were only two keys checked out and I had both... Only an employee could have gotten into that room... I am a woman alone in a hotel room and someone is sneaking into my room in the middle of the night and the first thing he thought to say was that it has not happened before...

Today the front desk person Marisa was quite rude, unprofessional and said they would “try” to get me an ottoman , but wouldn’t guarantee anything... So I said well, if you can guarantee me an ottoman I need to find a different hotel, she said that’s fine but you’ll pay the cancellation anyway for those two nights and hung up on me...
