This is an old property that hasn't been updated that I could see. All exterior access. Buildings are in a square with pool, spa and patio area in the middle. Rooms we stayed in had kitchenettes, complete with small cockroaches. Very old bathroom with a hole in the corner just the right size for mice. We left a day early and got a refund through the night desk clerk, since the day clerk said no refunds. It's in a business district, so traffic noise. It seems there might be homeless guests who had received vouchers for a week. Extra noise from that (drinking, loud talking, smoking in front of the room - which came into our room). Wouldn't stay here again.

This hotel was terrible. It took us over 45 minutes to check in after 7pm!! They were unprofessional, short and rude. The room was very run down and there was tons of “sketchy” traffic around. It’s also an extended stay hotel....which clearly brought in some of the wrong crowd. There were homeless people all around the hotel all night. The walls and windows were not efficient in keeping the outside noise down from the road or just people walking by. The bathroom was horrible, you can’t even open the door all the way as it hits the bathtub behind it, making sitting on the toilet interesting. The shower had a stick down bath mat in it, the corners had lifted and there was tons of mold underneath it. The showers never got warm, the pills were flat and tiny, the bed was decent. I would never recommend this hotel or area of town to anyone! I was scared to even fall asleep with all the people outside around the hotel constantly. The breakfast wasn’t bad, mostly waffles, cereal, muffins and fruit. The guy we checked out with the next morning was very friendly! Please do not stay here, we stayed at an Econo Lodge the next night for $10 less per night and it was 1,000 times better than that horrid hotel!

First off I should no better when the room was cheap, but it’s Spring training and nothing was available. There card reader wasn’t working the first day, so we had no key for our room, so you had to call the front desk and they can and opened the door. The bathroom had an old musty smell, the room needed a big time up graded, honestly the hotel itself needs an a make over! The one thing good, was the bed was comfortable. The breakfast could of been better, not everyone likes waffles! There was one young lady that worked the front desk that was very personable and sweet hope she was getting payed enough to work there!

Overpriced. Their key machine stopped working and they had to let everybody in their hotel rooms manually for 2 days. We heard the cleaning lady laughing outside about it how they're still making money off people. The rooms are outdated and rooms smell like cigarettes. My girlfriend and I had allergic reactions to something in the room. The towels were nothing short of being sandpaper.
