This was easily the worst experience I've had staying in any hotel around the world. The hotel was filthily starting with the elevators and the carpets in the corridors that looked like they'd never been cleaned since its inception, and finishing with the room. The walls were all smudged with dirt, the bed linens had big holes and dirty boot prints (!) on them, the decorative cushions and bed throw had white starchy stains (I'll leave to your imagination what they were) and the room reeked really badly. Luckily we could open the window to get some fresh air in. The bathroom was no better: the walls and the floor had smudged dirt stains on, the bathtub had scum and somebody's hair in it, the ceiling was moldy. But the worst was yet to come. We used their (additionally paid) parking lot and there was nobody there, so after looking for a person in charge and waiting for longer than anybody would want to wait to use the service, we parked the car and went up to the reception to notify that the person in charge was not available. The receptionist was handling another angry client before us and he started shouting at us for not waiting for the parking lot guard to show up. Shortly the manager, who initially attempted to mediate the issue joined into a shouting match, blaming us for not obeying the rules. When we eventually managed to find the car park guard, it appeared that there was no issue with parking whatsoever, and the receptionist could have just called him and notified him that we parked. Needless to say, our night was ruined and we stayed there just because it was late and we had nowhere to go. To top things up, Booking customer support offered us a refund as an apology but requested that we contact the hotel for this, which we did and never heard back from them. What a disgrace to the Wyndham brand.…
Rooms are really comfortable, but housekeeping service is terrible! Do not pick up empty bucket’s ice. Do not wash used glasses. Floors are not even swiped. Room service is extremely slow and bar service is terrible. Is a very nice hotel, location is good and friendly stuff , but service in general is bad.
I spent 2 nights in room 402 Aug 30 and 31th. I booked this hotel trusting the Windham brand, I booked Windhams all over the world and never had an Issue, but there is always a first time. At first Hotel services of Pool and Gym were not available, No hot water pool and its not fare to call a Gym a little room with 4 walking machines, poor. Rooms are nice but terribly noisy you can hear everything, people next door talking, hall entrance, elevators, upper floor shower, It was just impossible to sleep. Tv signal is not HD quality, image is rainy as if cable company isnt connected as it should... Restaurant and Bar beside de hotel, Noisy, under attended, prices Ok. We asked for Massages or Sauna to relax after work, not available. Breakfast Quality is a 4/10, on Sunday we had to wait because hotel was out of dishes. Rooms were Clean perfect…
I had high hopes for this hotel (and this brand) but unfortunately this turned out to be perhaps my worst experience ever as a traveler. Indeed, given that Wyndham is a large, reputable US chain, I was left in shock by my treatment. I booked a one night stay and as I checked into my room, noticed an extremely strong chemical odor. When I asked management if we could change rooms because I have a small newborn infant, the front desk came into my room, claimed they could smell anything, and refused to change my room. Even to the vacant room right across from mine. They told me I did not have an adequate reason for changing the room, and that they would lose money because they could no longer rent out the room they had checked me in to for the remainder of the night. I therefore was forced to move my family to an entirely new hotel at around 10PM at night.…
Comfortable and relaxing views. Plenty of natural light on almost all environments. Nice and modern style furniture and light fixtures. Easy access and Parking. It’s a good choice for business and related. Definitely a good place to stay in Rosario.
this is the first time we came and everyhting was smothly, rooms are clean, the location is perfect and the weather was great, also breakfast was a good surprise, we will try to come soon again, gracias
Great hotel. The place is new, clean and confortable. Breakfast is ok and the location is really close to a shopping mall. The room has plenty os space and a very good point is that there is no rug, just a normal wood floor.
Brand new hotel, very beautiful, with big and comfortable rooms, great internet connection, swimming pool. Very careful service by the attendants. Attached to the hotel, there’s a great bar/restaurant with awesome food and cheap prices.
Nice hotel. Close to a shopping center and a few meters away from the Parana river. It shares the building with an offices wing. Very convenient if you are visiting one of those business during the week. The reception desk has access to a good restaurant. No need to walk away to have a nice meal. Something not nice, the elevator’s access in the 7th floor had a strong smell to cigarette smoke. The included breakfast was kind of basic.
Hotel was very new and clean! The front desk people went out of there way to help you with all your questions and needs. Room was very big with a fridge. The only reason I gave it a 4 star is because there security was way to much, you had to use a card on a door before the elevators then inside the elevator another time the card then coming out of the elevator another time before you even get to your room door which you use again and then have to leave one card in the room to get electricity, the story repeats itself when you are leaving your room to go anyway. The worst was when our key didn’t work when we left in the morning and had to wait for another guest to let us in the hallway which goes to the elevator! So you get the picture besides that everything great!!
