The pool and garden area are impressive. Our bedroom was very well done. We really liked the staffs, all of them. The price charged is not that high, bit is it a little too high for the luxury provided?
Staff were extremely friendly specialty Facundo from recession and Jonathan and Bruno, it is down a quiet road, but easily accessible to all areas of Iguazu and the border to Brazil. Staff happy to arrange taxis and tours. Pool area great for relaxing and drinks, snacks are available.I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone.
The Jungle Lodge was extremely good value for money. Staff were extremely friendly, though English was sometimes a challenge, however good reason to practise our Spanish. We were given a huge room, with 2 separate bedrooms and terraces over looking the jungle. The room was a little tired, though we were told rooms are currently being rennovated. Location wise, it is down a quiet road, but easily accessible to all areas of Iguazu and the border to Brazil. Staff happy to arrange taxis and tours. Pool area great for relaxing and drinks, snacks are available. What sets the lodge apart is the in house restaurant. The food is simply stunning - possibly the best and biggest fillet steak I have ever experienced. Indoor or outdoor seating is available and the cost is next to nothing, we ate like kings. I thoroughly enjoyed the quirkiness of staying somewhere different and more fitting to the surroundings of the jungle and Iguazu. One word of advice, it takes a while to check out as the process seems to take some time when adding up room, restaurant and hotel bills.…
What a great experience. The staff were very helpful, particularly the reception staff. They helped us with money exchange issues and other problems. It was great to go to the Iguazu falls and then be able to return to the lodge!
The trip from airport pickup, hotel , tours and general ambiance could not be faulted. Hotel was excellent, tours very well organized and tour staff so helpful. The hotel is 10 minute walk up til from town it is probably not suited to anyone with walking problems as on a hillside but excellent standards and helpful staff. Make sure you do the jetboat ride when visiting the Argentine side of the falls so exhilerating
