This place was clean and relaxing, we felt safe and secure. Checkin was very efficient. Breakfast was good, staff were pleasant. And the pool area was beautiful. However, the place lacked soul and warmth that we ha e become accustomed to in other places in Argentina. Although I am certain the management has its reasons, the extensive list of house rules was a bit off putting.

Beautiful Accomodation, clean, and spacious. The location is great, walking distance to open market, towns and all shops. The atmosphere in the pool is relaxing and you can seat and unwind after a long day of walk in the Iguazu Falls. The only thing that put me off is the behavior of some of the staff. Most of them especially in the Reception area are quite unfriendly and unhelpful. Over all experience is good 👍

We booked this hotel as part of a package trip to the falls. We arrived on a very hot day and were pleased to immediately have access to the private pool area. The rooms were air conditioned and as expected for a hotel of this standard and the veranda provided a nice retreat from the tropical storms. It would have been good to have a few more places to sit around the pool and for the bar (or somewhere to get drinks) to have been open throughout the day but the shops are only a five minute walk away. The added bonus is the fantastic restaurant next door. Would stay again.

We stayed for 3 nights in a double room. The room was spacious with 2 double beds on the ground floor. Toilet was clean with hot water. TV had both Spanish and English channels and rooms were cleaned each morning. Location is about 5 minutes walk to the night market or ten minutes to the town centre., So plenty of local options close by if you don't want to have dinner at the restaurant Hotel which is Italian. Swimming pool is open 8am to 8pm. And the Bar goes have a happy hour and serves until 11pm. Breakfast was OK. More on the sweet sides with plenty of cakes and fruits. Some ham and cheese and bread. No eggs. But overall OK. Most of The staff were a bit of a let down I feel. Not really enthusiastic, friendly or helpful. This is the only thing which needs improvement. They did book us our driver and transfers as requested.

Very unfriendly staff, treat you like you did something wrong right from entering the building. Cash only, read on google reviews etc on how people get treated that even ask about paying with credit card. The hotel is only minimally maintained, if you step closer than 10m to things nothing looks like the pictures. Our door did not close properly (~1cm gap between door and door frame), the air conditioning is half broken. Minimal breakfast, if you ask for something like eggs you have to pay extra (in cash of course). Last but not least: cleaning staff steals. I would keep my distance from this place
