You're coming to Iguazu for the park. This is the only hotel on the Argentine side that's in the park. Hence, you really should stay here. When I entered the park as soon as it opened, I had it completely to myself. I literally didn't see another park visitor for 30 minutes. That time alone with the waterfalls made staying... More

As mentioned previously, this hotel is the only one within the Iguazu National Park in Argentina. You have to pay 100 Pesos entrance fee for the park when you arrive so make sure you have that to hand. Really, I can't imagine a better place to stay when visiting the falls as the hotel is within walking distance of all... More

The Brazilian side of the iguazu falls is great!, the Argentinan side is magnificent, incredible, amazing. The greatest view of one of the one of greatest wonder of the world (I'm not exaggerating) is walking distance from the hotel, you can actually see/hear the falls from your room! or the restaurant, good food, clean spacious room, if you are going... The hotel itself is a little old, so you won't be super impressed by the furniture or decor. However, the location inside the park, with views of the waterfalls is amazing, and walking I to the park without transportation make this the beast choice. The food is good at the restaurant, lucky, because you won't really have any other choice... More

I've never seen such a sad Sheraton. The kind of place where hundreds of tourists are dropped off by buses everyday. Yes the falls are beautiful but this place is 20 years overdue for refurbishment. The lobby furniture is so tired and the wallpaper is peeling off the ladies room in the lobby. The rooms are equally if not more... More

Husband and I stayed at Sheraton, Iguazu Falls, within the national park during first week of November, 2011. Upon arriving by taxi from IGR airport, I thought the reviews we read of this Sheraton being run down were true. For sure, the exterior is worn and in need of a paint job. However, once we entered the lobby and saw... More

My husband and I stayed here for 2 nights as part of a tour of Argentina and Brazil. Check in at the hotel is 12 noon so we were able to go straight to our rooms which was great. The room was very old fashioned and had a horrible, musty smell to it for the duration of our stay. We... More

However in a large hotel there is no personal touch and the food was just OK, really nothing special.

Perfect stress-free way to enjoy all of spectacular Iguazu in one day. The hotel location is what gives such value, but the hotel is a great fit for the location -- style is efficient and laid back. My sons and I stayed here for Christmas Eve 2009, and completely enjoyed the elaborate, great buffet of every food imaginable while listening... More

The hotel is nice, clean, and friendly staff but the location is worth the price of admission. We stayed two nights, enjoyed cocktails overlooking the falls at the end of every day and were in walking distance from the trails for the falls and everything else in the Iguazu park. The food was actually very good as well and the... More
