This hotel location has the wow factor. The check-in area has a gorgeous backdrop of the national park and waterfalls of Iguaçu. Internet was not free but was very fast and reliable. Food in the restaurant was first class and the breakfast was superb with a huge range available. It is not cheap to stay here, but it was a... More

This is the only hotel that is actually IN the National Park. The location is superb; you can walk across the grounds of the hotel right to the park trails to see the waterfalls. The grounds of the hotel are very well maintained and there is plenty of flora and fauna (monkeys, coati and birds) to watch right from the... More

If you have kids, if you are short in time and want to see everything, if you have older people with you or if you just care more about the National Park than the actual hotel, this is the place for you. Located perfectly inside of the National park allows you to go on trails anytime you wish and not... More

The Sheraton Iguazu has its detractors because it's part of the Starwood group, but we really enjoyed our four day, three night stay. It was terrific staying inside the national park and having fast, easy access to the trails. It's considerably less convenient to stay in Puerto Iguazu, a 15-minute or so taxi ride. The accommodations on the second floor... More

Ok Hotel but not nearly as good as the Belmond on the Brazilian side which I HIGHLY recommend. The Brazilian side of the Falls is better too. Less crowded and you get the full vista, though I must say we enjoyed both sides and the natural beauty of both sides. Just a few little problems, which for a Sheraton and... More

PROS: The location doesn't get better on the Argentina side since it's located inside of the Iguazú Natl park. You need to pay $330AR (in pesos only) per person for your entire stay at the hotel. We stayed three days/two nights, so the $330AR was a good deal. The falls view is really nice, but it's true that there is... More

Having arrived very late following a very stressful day travelling the hotel reception manager Angelo was very sympathetic and upgraded us to a waterfall view room and allowed us to check out later the following day. He was also very helpful in assisting me to contact the airline to arrange a later departure flight so we would have time to... More

...Not only can you walk directly onto the trails from the hotel, but once you have taken in as much of the thunderous might of the falls as you can, you plunge into the fabulous hotel outdoor pool and use all the amenities. Why is this so fabulous, because everyone else visiting the falls has to take their hot and... More

A great little corner of the earth. The falls are truly amazing. Walk all of the trails on both sides. You've come this far. Do the Argentina and the Brazil side, as both offer different views and highlights. The hotel itself was clean and secure. Drinks were fine, service was fine, and food was fine. Also...you walk out of the... More

Nothing bad about the hotel. Its' large, has a pool, a restaurant, decent rooms, but there's nothing to write home about EXCEPT it's AMAZING view AND location set inside the park! Be the first out on the trails to view the falls, before the hoards of tourists arrive from outside the park. Then siesta or chill by the pool in... More
