We stayed in a Premier Suite on Floor 3 and are Starwood Preferred Guests. The room was very comfortable with a view to die for. We also slept well. It is to be admitted that the room was a little "beige" but it had all appropriate and expected amenities. Our internet was free and worked well. Throughout our stay all... More

There is very little to complain about when your wake up to views of Iguazu Falls. We were upgraded to a Falls view room and marvelled at the mist rising from the depths of the Falls first thing in the morning. Our balcony was invaded by an army of monkeys in the morning but since hotel staff had warned us... More

the hotel's location is its prime pro. It by no means stand to Sheraton standards. Breakfast is average. Beds are comfortable. Nice lobby and bar. The pool is small. You get a voucher for free coffee/tea every day of your stay.

Since my friends and I were spending two days visiting Iguazú Falls (one day Argentina, one day Brazil) we thought that this would be the most convenient location, although it was quite pricey. The location was definitely worth the price. So, although it's not necessarily luxurious, I felt like it was expensive. Visiting the Argentina side, you can easily walk... More

The hotel was not a luxury hotel, but was it clean, convenient and food in the restaurant was good. You pay for park entrance before getting to the hotel because you can get to the falls directly for the hotel.

This hotel is located in the most spectacular location but the level of service provided by the staff was arrogant - when we were having drinks in the balcony we asked the waitress to produce menus for both the bar and restaurant and we were told to go downstairs to get one ourselves!!!! The rooms were very clean yet a... More

This hotel's location inside the Iguazu national park is unbeatable. Half the rooms have superb views of the Falls. The hotel is set in pleasant gardens, running down to the National Park. The rooms are comfortable, fitted out in standard international hotel chain style. The staff are polite and pleasant. Breakfast is adequate. However the hotel suffers from insufficient staff... We had low expectations for this hotel based upon some reviews but we found it to be very nice, clearly up to Sheraton standards. As Starwood Preferred Guests, we were lucky enough to be upgraded to a room with view of the falls. Would definitely say this would be worth the price of upgrade on a future trip. So nice... More

There is no place else to stay that is convenient to the falls, at least on the Argentine side. Not sure if there are hotels in the Brazilian park. On either side, the nearest town is not so convenient. If you are ok with public buses (which can be a little challenging if you don't speak the language), you really... More

We stayed at the Sheraton for 2 nights. The location is it's main draw card and we had a great view of the Falls from our room and the hotel provides easy access to walks on the Argentinian side of the Falls . Sadly the service, especially at check in, was extremely slow. During our holiday we stayed in 9... More
