My parents stayed in this hotel for three nights. During their stay, they did not receive any room service, despite asking every day for their room to be cleaned. They arrived to a room which had an awful smell because of a leak. They weren't shifted into a new room until the next day when the smell got too much.... More

We stayed at this hotel on a short trip to Mendoza from Buenos Aires. The feature to remark is the staff: a group of very young people always at hand, willing to solve any problem with a smile!!! The hotel is out of fashion and always crowded since it is very well located right in the heart of the city.... More

We arrived on May 19th to a cool, rainy Mendoza. We were immediately given a room on a floor with about 50 high school athletes.WE checked in and went to a place the desk guy recommended called Bonafide.Later,we discovered that this is a chain restaurant in Argentina. After our meal,we returned tired to the room.Sadly, the students were screaming, yelling and slamming doors constantly on... I was sharing the room with 2 friends. It was the perfect place to stay. It is noisy, it can be crowded but what else can you ask for the rate? I would recommend it for a short stay. Good breakfast and near everyhthing. You can buy regional sweeteries near the hotel.

My partner and i stayed for 2 nights. We couldn't make a booking as the system didn't seem to be working so just walked in. The first receptionist wasnt friendly at all, but we were able to get a room and check in at 10am which was nice. The room was incredibly comfortable and clean and i was very happy.... More

What you need, and fair price. Large rooms and decent bathrooms. Breakfast ok, poor coffee though. You can buy proper coffee from the bar. Wifi could be better. They speak some english, but talk slowly and make sure you get it right, and that they understand what you mean :)

Stayed here for 2 nights as part of a group tour. We had a huge room, with a spacious bathroom. The road outside is quite noisy, but I guess that pays off for its central location. I found the reception staff friendly and lots of selection at breakfast (including fruit, which was amazing compared to the other places that I... More

Unfortunately we did not stay at this hotel, but I would encourage readers of this review to avoid booking a stay. After reserving a room at Hotel Cordon del Plata, our luggage was stolen at the bus station in Buenos Aires, Argentina preventing us from travelling to Mendoza. We lost out bus ticket, personal items and money. After reporting the... More

Most of us want to check in at an hotel and then send news to family and friends using the hotel wifi. I'm sorry to disappoint you, this hotel is not for Internet. The Wifi network is unstable, from the three days of our stay, we only got a good signal for a few hours. The rest of the hotel... More

We stayed at this hotel during winter and we got a room that was not noisy. Breakfast was ok, staff was not soooo friendly, but polite. We had wifi that worked properly. Room was clean and comfortable. The best of this hotel is the location and reasonable prices. We liked it!
