Everything was great, from the breakfast pankakes to the spacious backyard and staff friendliness and helpfulness. One day I was feeling pretty sick and Heber, one of the employees, was very kind to check on me and even offered to call a medical service they have contracted! Really thanks a lot guys for a wonderful experience!! definately will come back!!

Perfectly fine for a couple of nights. There is a big kitchen which is fully equipped and clean. Great breakfast including pancakes or omelette. Not far from the main plaza. The staff are very helpful too. Rooms are basic but big.

Punto Urbano has some positive aspects but also so some negative aspects. I stayed here during World Cup time and it was a great place to make new friends and watch the games together in their lounge room. They have a lot of social activities going on making travelling solo much more fun! Unfortunately many people = lots of noise....

Fantastic hostel with the best breakfast I've ever had at any hostel (crepes & eggs to order). The rooms are big and have lockers in them. The staff are amazing! Very helpful, super friendly and always up for a chat... Even when we wondered in at 5am after a night out! The showers are probably the only slight downside but...

We have been travelling around Argentina for 2 months and thus far this hostel comes the lowest in our rankings. The good things about this hostel is that it has good WiFi, pleasant relaxing areas and friendly staff. The main problem is the cleanliness of the place in terms of bedrooms and bathrooms. The bed sheets and pillows looked like...

This hostel has everything you could ask of a hostel: an amazing breakfast with eggs or crêpes in addition to the standard bread and jam. The breakfast is served in the airy courtyard shaded by pomegranate trees. Absolutely lovely. The staff gave us some great advice for changing money in Argentina. The kitchen is spacious enough for plenty of people...

Stayed 2 nights in dorm then moved to private twin rm 11. Laid down for nap and woke up with bed bugs. Saw them on our towel hanging from the bed and in the bed. Staff let us wash everything in hot water. Moved back to dorm and more bites the next night. Moved hostels. Pain in the butt. However...

When we received the key of our room we noticed that the room was not cleaned and neither the linen were not changed. We asked for new linen and the staff said that it was clean but probably because of a mistake of the laundry not all hair could be removed. At the end we received the new linen and...

You have been warned :-( They had a problem 10 days earlier, which just happens to be the incubation time for bed bug eggs. If they continue their current method of cleaning (spray and re make the beds 45 minutes later) this will occur again in 10 days, and again and again. The manager refused to speak to me and...
