We booked this apart-hotel in Buenos Aires at a travel agent so didn't research it ourselves like we normally do. We were told the minimum stay was 4 nights, although we wanted only 3 nights. We paid the additional.
When we arrived, we walked into the reception and a water dropped from the ceiling onto my face and shirt. I wiped it off and looked at the receptionist/manager (Ayman) who said, "es solo agua." I should have asked for all our money back at that instant, but it was a busy time of year (28 Dec - 1 Jan) and who knows if we could have found another place. We had to wait for an hour because someone else was in our room. Ayman claimed that "the planilla had been changed on him." Even though we had paid for the night before, our room was occupied.
