This is the best hotel in Bahia Blanca, so save your time and don’t try to look for something better as it simply does not exist. The rooms are expensive and not very well maintained. The heating and cooling is a centrally controlled system so the best you can do in your room is to make it hot or simply... More

We are originally from Bahia Blanca and since this hotel open several years ago we made it out prefer place to stay while visiting family. Over the years we noticed a deterioration of the quality of service and the maintenance of the facilities. This week we spent two nights at the hotel and we found unacceptable the level of dirt... Sadly this hotel is in very poor conditions. It has a good structure but the maintenance and cleaning are simply lacking. Rooms were smelly, dirty, stains all over the carpets, in a variety of colors, stains on walls, one of them was like someone had splashed some kind of drink, but no one cared to clean. It´s a real pity... More

Basic rooms, clean and well located, the best hotel in the city. Ive stayed a few times here on business trips, i always have the same problem with their internet connection, its only for downloading emails, impossible for video conferences or even audio calls. I rely on my 3G modem while staying here.

Hotel Land Plaza is located downtown. There are good places to eat nearby that you can walk to. The restaurant is also good in the Hotel. The staff at the front desk were very nice when we arrived and accomodating when we had a request. The rooms are clean and nice but nothing special. It worked great for us because... More

It is rather unfortunate that a hotel with great potential like this one allows itself to be satisfied with mediocrity. It appears that due to the lack of reasonable quality options in the city, this hotel seems to be the best in town, and as such they are not prepared to put any effort to provide anything that resembles service... We stayed 1 night at this hotel, before we would take the bus back to Bariloche. Checkin was fast, we were upgraded to a suite (#800). We could leave the car in the underground garage for a few extra pesos and had it cleaned there (perfect service, but why didn´t the receptionist point that out, when we asked her for... More
