LOVED! This place! A very cozy and comforting hotel. The staff were amazing. They provided lots of printed indo on the area and the restaurants. They also helped with reservations for travel ( buquebus ferry) and great recommendations for the area. The bistro people were charming and helped me understand the various ways to order coffee in argentina. Without our asking they provided a packaged breakfast to take on our early departure. Wonderful experience

This little gem of a hotel was perfect for our stay in Buenos Aires--two parents and two adult children. We loved the neighborhood--felt safe to walk at night, many great places to eat and even shop. The rooms was really comfortable as were all the shared spaces in the hotel. Breakfast was a great selection. Best of all, the service here was outstanding. Every one of the people who worked the desk and breakfast were friendly and helpful above and beyond what I would expect--making calls, helping with a booking, directing our daily wanderings. I am so grateful for such wonderful service that made the stay really special! Thank you Mine hotel!

Great location with very friendly staff. Breakfasts can be personalized with options to start your day. Front desk staff were all very helpful with information about the city tours and sights to see. The room was big enough for a couple and clean. There’s a small outside pool as well.

Hotel is a nice peaceful hidden gem in the Palermo district. Comfortable rooms, great breakfast with made to order eggs/bacon/ham, wonderful lounge area where you can relax and get cocktails and small bites after a full day of site seeing. And very accommodating front desk. Wonderful restaurants within walking distance down Armenia and other streets. Would definitely stay here again.

We stayed at the Mine Boutique Hotel in August 2023 after having to reschedule our 2020 trip due to Covid. Having finally made it to Argentina we were very pleased with our choice to stay at the Mine hotel. The hotel is modern & clean and from what we saw of BA, Palermo Soho is the best area to stay in. It felt safe even at night & we liked having plenty of restaurants, cafes, bars & quirky boutique shops all within walking distance. As an added bonus the reception staff all speak English which was handy because mi espanol es muy malo! Breakfast is included where you get a choice of eggs as well as being able to help yourself to toast, cakes & fruit etc. Getting around BAs was easy using Uber (there is a phone shop a couple of blocks away that sell local sim cards). It was safe & a cheap way to travel around the city. There is also a Western Union a few blocks away for changing USDs at the blue peso rate (100% recommended as it more than halves costs and makes eating out very cheap coming from Europe). We loved BAs much more than we expected. It's a cool city & a bit gritty (but in a good way), with some beautiful buildings and some very colourful street art. Knowing a little Spanish certainly helps but we got by with Google Translate & very basic Spanish anyway. We would certainly recommend a tango show as well and of course the steak at the parillas & vinos tintos are fantastic at very good prices!

The staff are top notch and the hotel is in the heart of Palermo. You can walk to many places or take a short Uber ride to downtown BA. The ladies at the front desk helped to arrange various excursions including a midnight Tango! Fully endorse this boutique hotel.

I enjoyed my stay at the Mine hotel. Breakfast was convenient and delicious. Reception was super helpful at helping recommending and navigating dailiy activities and booking dinners and shows. Room was clean and a cute view. Every morning they left a daily summary of world events. Hotel had lots of nice charming details - fresh flowers, home made cookies, water at entry. Centrally located for nice walks and easy for pick up/drop off for uber.
