This is really a boutique! This hotel offer everything! I tried very hard to find a fault but.. nothing. If you need anything, it will be there and if not they will provide it for you. Staff talking a very good English and they are super kind! Even a page of newspaper in your language every morning or a small choc after 5pm.. little details that make your stay very easy! Room reasonable big with all the comfort. Hotel offers also a small pool and a small restaurant. Really recommend and if I come back to Buenos Aires this will be for sure “MINE” hotel

Charming, quiet, comfortable hotel with the most helpful and friendly hotel staff. The beds are great! I got the room facing the pool. I was weary at first as I thought it would be a scene at night. Luckily, they close the pool by 8pm, and what you have is the sound of gurgling water lulling you to sleep. It's located in the heart of the trendiest part of BA, Palermo Soho. They're about 20 steps away from one of the better cafés in BA, Ninnina (get their to-die-for alfajores and refreshing lemonade). The A/C at Mine is nice and cold which is so very necessary during the BA summer. The rooms are clean. My only three knocks against the hotel are: 1) the jacuzzi bath tub in the superior rooms makes getting in and out of the shower a treacherous adventure every time. I was scared I was going to slip and fall each time I was getting in out; 2) the water pressure in the bathroom sinks is super strong; you can't help but splash water everywhere; 3) I wish the hotel had hired a more experienced bartender. The person that was working while very sweet and eager to turn my requests a reality wasn't a real bartender and getting a drink each time was a game of Russian roulette. I would definitely return to Mine.

I have never been to a hotel with a more professional, helpful, or generous staff. The whole Mine team is fantastic and will go out of their way to ensure that your stay is enjoyable. The hotel is small and well-designed, with a very good breakfast. The surrounding neighborhood is wonderful, with numerous café and restaurant offerings. Definitely worth the stay.

If you want to be welcomed as if you were royalty, plan to stay at Mine Hotel Boutique in Buenos Aires, Argentina. Never has a hotel staff been so kind as these folks were. The all inclusive breakfast is a generous buffet as well as a meal of your choice to order. I highly recommend the omelette and Mine Hotel Boutique!

Clean, new hotel, room and bathroom. Delightful English-speaking receptionists. Amazing full breakfast included (hot dishes, multiple continental choices, assorted cheeses). Nice location in Palermo Soho near restaurants (Fogon Asado, a 15 minute walk was a Argentinean eating experience). Would definitely stay here again!

This hotel is located in Palermo soho. It is a lively place in the evening with lots of good restaurants to walk to. The staff is very happy to help and arranged a lot of things for us once we got there. The hotel did not really reply to my requests beforehand so we booked guides ourselves (although they said their WiFi was down). A special thanks to Claudio for managing to get us a reservation at DonJulio on short notice and for his recommendation for the tango show. The rooms are very small as is the bathroom (but this is BA and a trendy neighborhood). Breakfast is included and there was a nice assortment of choices. When we needed to leave at 5 am to catch our flight, they suggested packing a breakfast bag to go for us. There is a small outside space with a pool. Nice to have a drink out in this area or in the common area.

The service is absolutely first rate, as is the location. We booked in 2020 but had to cancel due to Covid and they didn't charge us this time, although we had originally booked non refundable. Really special. The staff at reception was really pleasant and helpful. The room was very nice with a big and comfortable bed. And the small garden was very pleasant in the evenings for a drink.

An excellently located hotel, near many bars, restaurants and shops in the lovely area of Palermo - walking distance from some of the parks and the Evita Museum, as long as you like walking. Staff, especially the reception staff, were all exceptionally helpful - making such a difference to our stay. We hope to be back.
