When you book a Hotel you expect a few basics things. Pleasant room, good bed, good shower and good breakfast. The hotel is well located, quiet and a walk distance from most of the places. We stayed 6 nights, 4 of them the shower was cold and it seemed no one at the reception cared because we didn't have even a call back to the room to say "we did something, please try it now" or "we don't know what is happening so we are going to change your room", anyway, we took a cold shower for at least 2 days. In the last night our air conditioning also didn't work. The breakfast is ok for people without any intolerance or food restriction, otherwise you going to eat elsewhere. Anyway, it wasn't a good place to stay.

Hotel O-Baires perfectly suited our needs for two nights in Buenos Aires. It was conveniently located, breakfast was adequate, and front desk staff, particularly Ivan, were helpful. Our room was a good size with a balcony furnished with a table and two chairs. Though the hotel is on a busy street, the room was quiet. I would only suggest more towels and lamps by both sides of the bed.

We were quite happy to stay here. Large family rooms with large beds. Breakfast is good and sufficient. Location safe and good recommendation for dinner from reception. Short walk to abasto shopping centre with Museo de los ninyos. Only downsides- no internet on our last day when we wanted to book the ferry to Colonia and heating could not be adjusted., so the room was quite warm.

A well placed hotel in Recoleta. Quiet and calm area located at walking distance from the cemetery. The room are basic, clean and spacious with a friendly staff. Check-In at 2pm can be a bit late especially when arriving very early from the airport...

I really did want to like this hotel. The price was right, the lobby is very friendly and inviting, the front desk staff most helpful. But the power was out when we got there and stayed out for several hours, which meant all guests needing entrance to their rooms had to pull desk staff away from the desk and the front doors got locked. We got let in at check-in and then got to sit on curb w takeout food when we got back—not the hotel’s fault but... Window latch broken in room, hair dryer and exposed wires hanging from wall in bathroom. Walls are very thin you can hear all the neighbors easily Bed Mattress sagging in middle And at 0145 our overhead lights started strobing like an alarm but no one else left their rooms—although there was much conversation This strobe effect lasted for over and hour and we had to get up to go to the airport at 0500 So not a particularly great stay
