I loved every day that I stay at the hotel. The staff was AWESOME. Pablo Stein(funny) Leandro(get conversation). They helped someone who did not speak much spanish at all to get around and actually enjoy their time. They told me about tours, wine, parks, etc. It was such a great experience. The other staff Lara, Alejandro and Adrian also assisted with my Covid test and cabs. Don't think about it just book. WORTH IT..
We spent days in Buenos Aires and we absolutely loved the city. One big part of that was our experience at this beautiful, modern boutique hotel. The hotel itself was beautiful...very clean, modern lines with no "fussiness." The location could not be beaten, it was quick to get to tourist sights, but had a more local feel with many fabulous options for food and drink nearby. The plunge pool is very small, but we often had it to ourselves. We enjoyed taking a dip to cool off after a day of sightseeing and before heading out for dinner. But the best part of our stay was the amazing staff who went above and beyond to make sure our stay was memorable, including personalized local recommendations for food, drinks, & sights!
We loved our stay at Palo Santo and thoroughly enjoyed our time there because of the location and excellent service. Such polite and helpful team, especially Christian. The deluxe room was large for Buenos Aires and nicely furnished. The breakfast was good and made to order in a beautiful garden. Look forward to staying at Palo Santo again. Highly recommended.
A small hotel near downtown Buenos Aires and walkable to large parks, buses and the city train. Their free Wifi was reliable and there's a good choice of nearby restaurants plus a market and pharmacy. We found the place to be very clean and the English speaking staff were exceptionally helpful and very accommodating. Air conditioning was refreshing but be advised, when you remove your room card from the room slot, it not only kills the lights, it turns off the air conditioning and you must press the AC power button back on when you get back. They made our free breakfast when ordered and we were thankful it included eggs and sausage which is more than a typical Argentine breakfast of a croissant and a drink. The coffee was delicious. We were also able to get a room with three separate beds. The room safe & no-English TV worked great. There is self made coffee and tea in the room.…
We stayed at this hotel three times for an odd night during a two week holiday to Argentina. It’s in Palermo which is a great area to be in; the rooms are spacious and clean, the beds are comfortable and all the staff are helpful and friendly. In particular, Adrianna ( on the front desk) deserves special mention because he was SO charming, helpful and friendly.
We stayed 1 week in Palo Santo in a Deluxe Room. Rooms are spacious, clean with big windows and a little balcony. Beds comfortable. Wifi has a good speed. The hotel lies in a great location in Palermo Hollywood. In walking distance to multiple amazing restaurants, shops, bars and supermarkets! Safe area! The hotel has also some bicycles to use for free. The best about this hotel is their reception staff. As our trip was just after the re-opening of the country for foreigners, we had a lot of questions to them. The guys were always very very helpful for recommendations, reservations and more. They always took the time needed to handle all of our requests. Great persons and a great team. The only point to improve in our view is the breakfast. Fruit salads, fresh juices and coffee from the barista machine were great but the eggs, sausage and toasted bread did not match our taste. On the other hand the little garden to have your breakfast in nice.…
Beatiful, calm boutique hotel in the center of Palermo, with some of the best restaurants of BA nearby. I may be biased, since I regularily visit this hotel in my business and leisure visits to BA, but I guess that‘s a good thing. Comfy rooms with nice bathrooms, well looked after, very friendly and continuous staff that make you feel like you‘re at home (rotating new staff isn‘t a good sign in BA). Can‘t say anything about the new hotel restaurant „Charqui“, since I could‘t visit them during dinner times, yet. They do serve breakfast though, and it‘s good. It‘s close to bus stops of BA Sightseeing, the picturesque palermo shopping streets, Jardin Japones, and the serene Bosques de Palermo, the Palermo park area, as well as a 5 min taxi ride to MALBA. It‘s also close to the Airport Aeroparque Newberry, with a 7-10 min taxi ride. During my numerous stays I never had a problem with anything in the hotel, which is kind of a wonder in BA. My utmost recommendation.…
We wanted a quiet and relaxing place for a week of enjoying the people and the food of the Palermo district of Buenos Aires... and we found that place here at the Palo Santo. The staff treat us with understanding and seem genuinely interested in our wellbeing. The accommodations are tasteful and generously comfortable. The private (by appointment) access to the small jetted swimming pool on the roof is a great bonus, especially in these days of Argentina summer. We highly recommend the Palo Santo Hotel.
Small and very comfortable. Clean as a whistle with very helpful and friendly staff throughout.Restaurant exceptional for breakfast and evening. Reasonably priced and convenient to all city attractions. Will stay again and is highly recommended.
The hotel is well located and very safe. The front desk people are very friendly and helpful. The hotel is clean and the breakfast was good. The breakfast room is a bit crowded and difficult to navigate when full. They have a nice outside area as well to eat. The room was comfortable.
