The main water fountain is 20-meter high and runs through the building's central patio, from the rooftop to the lobby. Palo Santo rooms and suites were conceived as design apartments. They are spacious, filled with natural light and well-equipped: LED TV, minibar, individual climate control, exclusive White Tea amenities and a private balcony. The hotel offers free high-speed WiFi in rooms and in common areas, a contemporary cuisine restaurant, an exclusive gourmet a la carte breakfast, room service, meeting room, rooftop terrace with whirlpool bath and recreational pool, solarium and Guest Relations service. Palo Santo gives its guests an exclusive printed city guide with handcrafted itineraries and personal advice to help them grasp the spirit of Buenos Aires. The hotel is located in the trendiest part of Palermo Hollywood, a must-see touristic area, steps away from the best bars and restaurants in town, close to all major attractions. Public transportation can be easily accessed, including a subway station 300 meters away (0.2 Miles). My wife and I actually stayed here twice during our honeymoon in Argentina in March. Our first visit was our first stop in Argentina, as we stayed in the Palermo neighborhood for a few days to start off our trip. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and helpful and the rooms were comfortable and surprisingly spacious. The showers were massive with a rain shower feature, and all of the amenities were very high quality. To top it all off, the location cannot be beat, being in walking distance to just about anything you would want to do in Palermo. TIP: ask for a room that faces away from the street (into the courtyard).

Our second trip was not planned, as we had to cut part of our trip short due to COVID-19 and the Argentinian government closing the borders. While in transit through Buenos Aires we decided not to get on our flight to the next destination, and booked a room at Palo Santo to figure out how to get a flight back to the US. We knew from our previous experience that the WiFi was excellent so we could sit on the phone with our airline, and we would get a comfortable nights sleep. Upon arrival the receptionist clearly felt sorry for us and even brought us a couple classes of wine and checked in on us. The hotel experience was exactly as pleasant as expected.

I would not hesitate to stay here again, and plan to do so once the Argentinian travel ban is lifted.

We really enjoyed our stay at this contemporary, eco-friendly hotel in a great location near to plenty of cafés, bars and restaurants. Friendly helpful staff, spacious and well lit, stylish bedroom with a small balcony, very good bathroom and a small bar area for tea-making etc.

At breakfast an excellent selection including fresh honey straight from the comb. Lovely garden at rear and a small plunge pool on the rooftop.

Quite a lot of traffic on the street outside as it’s on a bus route - therefore a room at the rear might be preferable. Very good value for money.

My second time having a short stay in Palo Santo Hotel.
Hidden behind environment friendly wood and green plants covered facade you enter a stylish design boutique hotel.
Straight away you welcomed by the friendly front desk officer!
The room had all you want; perfect beds, bathroom, quaint balcony and coffee, tea corner. Great service.
After hot sightseeing or shopping the small swimming pool is very welcome asset!
Excellent breakfast with view on the lusciously green garden, where you can have a quiet and cool read.
The hotel is situated in the popular Palermo Hollywood area in a safe street in walking distance of many restaurants and sightseeing and shopping in Palermo Soho.
Highly recommended!

We stayed 4 night at the Palo Santo. From the minute we arrived we were happy. The front desk staff spoke great English and were so happy to help and interact with us. The rooms are spacious, modern and well appointed with air con for those hot February nights. The hotel is In Palermo District easy and safe to walk around but you should get a taxi to San Telmo district and take in the vibe of the bars shops and restaurants and the Sunday market which is fab. Breakfast at Palo Santo is stylish in their cool restaurant with cafetières of coffee and eggs made to order. Nothing wa too much trouble me and a nice touch was the complimentary glass of Malbec each per night that you stay. We came back to the hotel for 1 night before we flew home to London and it was equally S good the second time. Would highly recommend...

The hotel is in a quiet and upscale part of the town, which makes is safer and cleaner than the large hotels near downtown. You will have to Uber to the more touristy parts of the town, but there are also some great areas with good restaurants and parks within a 10-15 min walk from here. The hotel is very clean and the staff is very friendly. The included breakfast however is not good at all.

We spent days in Buenos Aires and we absolutely loved the city. One big part of that was our experience at this beautiful, modern boutique hotel. The hotel itself was beautiful...very clean, modern lines with no "fussiness." The location could not be beaten, it was quick to get to tourist sights, but had a more local feel with many fabulous options for food and drink nearby. The plunge pool is very small, but we often had it to ourselves. We enjoyed taking a dip to cool off after a day of sightseeing and before heading out for dinner.

But the best part of our stay was the amazing staff who went above and beyond to make sure our stay was memorable, including personalized local recommendations for food, drinks, & sights!

This is a lovely hotel, in a great neighborhood with a very welcoming staff.
We stayed in the Palo Santo Suite which is spacious, light and comfortable. It was so delicious to arrive there after a very long, overnight flight. The suite is stylishly decorated with touches of mid-century modern design. I appreciated the extra powder room off the living room in addition to the large bathroom.
The hotel has a Japanese Peruvian restaurant, and although we didn't eat a full meal there, we had some yummy tapas with a glass of wine.
The staff was very helpful, recommending places to eat and pointing us to stores we needed. The neighborhood is a nice mix of residential and commercial, not too busy and quiet at night. Nice tree-shaded streets. We walked a lot, including to the MALBA (Latin American modern art museum).
A plus is the upscale wineshop next door, which I believe belongs to the hotel

Starting with the pretty wooden gate entrance to the serene water feature to our very comfortable room, this is a delightful (and very green) hotel. The room and bath were plenty large and the private balcony was a plus. It is in a great location, a short walk or cab ride to restaurants, shops and attractions. Breakfast was included and very good. But by far the best was the staff. During our stay they were extremely helpful answering questions, recommending restaurants and giving directions and advice. After we left they were even better and we want to give an extra shout-out to Pablo. We had left an item in our room that we needed to have on our cruise. Pablo worked with our crew on board to send it over with a taxi and get it to us before our ship left port. We recommend this hotel very highly and will stay again if we return to Buenos Aires.

We spent two days in Palo Santo Hotel and we were super happy. The staff is very helpful and nice, the rooms well decorated, the breakfast fresh and good. Super experience. The only improvement point I would suggest to the team is to cleanup the swimingpool more often, leaves are falling into it and you don't want to bath with leaves.

We stayed 3 nights in room 12. The room was lovely and facilities were good, we especially liked the sink/kettle (but would have liked to have had some complimentary coffee/teabags/sugar/creamer along with the kettle).
The bed was really comfortable and we slept well. At breakfast there was ample choice for our needs but some might find the choice a bit limited compared to larger chain hotels. (We did really like the honeycomb dispenser!)
Staff were very friendly and spoke really good English. They offered us lots of tips for areas to visit and restaurants to try.
The only drawback, which was not the hotel’s fault at all, was the private apartment which was next to our room. The residents had two small, very noisy dogs, which they seemed to shut out on the balcony most of the time. These dogs barked constantly at the street below, and the sound carried right into our room. I stress again that this is not the fault of the hotel and more to do with irresponsible dog owners, but the constant yapping was really loud and really irritating. We could also hear it in reception (it must drive hotel staff mad!).

I would stay here again as we really liked the hotel, but we would ask for a room on the other side of the building and well away from the chihuahuas!
