I booked "Didi Rooms" through Booking.com. The pictures made it look fabulous. My boyfriend and I just went for the weekend. Upon arriving, we had to go to a different hotel to check in. The girl at the desk was very nice and we left our things so we could start our day. When we checked in, the room was... More

Very poor wifi signal, sometimes no signal at all. Very small rooms (no space for luggage) and poor cleaning service. Lovely staff and excellent loaction in Palermo Soho. It is confusing between Didi Rooms and Didi Soho. Consierge desk is at Didi Soho but our rooms were at Didi Rooms, Unclear when you make the booking.

I kind of feel bad giving the hotel only two stars, mainly because the staff were great. Especially the lady on front desk. This is also a very secure hotel and in a great location. But seriously, a place that charges $55USD and you have to call up and ask them to bring you some toilet roll as hardly any... More

Didi Soho Hotel is located in the heart of Palermo Soho, a tourist destination in an upscale neighborhood with many expensive boutiques, nice restaurants and vibrant nightlife. One block from Plaza Serrano where travelers and locals mingle on several street bars. Except the fact that the location ist perfect because it is realy in the middle of Palermo neighborhood, this hotel was a quite bad surprise! The girl at the reception was as sympathic as a closed door, it felt we were disturbing her...They gave us the room on first floor on the realy noisy side, the door cannot be shut,... More

From lack of toilet paper, balls of hair, noisy parties in the hotel court or balcony door's, which cannot be shut. Unfortunately I cannot say too many good things about this hotel. Surely its an excellent location in the middle of Palermo Soho (meaning the level of noise from bars may be a bit high), beads and kitchenette are fine... More

Everything was lovely. We shared a 2 room suite with another couple and both rooms were clean and comfortable. Though we spoke no Spanish, the front desk folks knew enough English to meet all our needs very nicely.

We couldn't have made a better pick. This apartment is greatly located in Palermo Viejo area, surrounded by many caffes, restaurants, stores. We walked during the night and can say it's pretty safe, besides being a lived neighborhood. Bedroom was spacious, two beds, that we put together and in the living room there were two more single beds. Receptionists are... More

In the bustling Palermo neighbourhood it was lovely to find this little sanctuary. We shared a triple room which was very clean and comfortable with all mod cons. A little noisy at night but we moved to another room for the second part of our stay which was on the other side of the hotel. The staff assisted us in... More

Highly recommend this hotel as we got a very modern "room" (it was actually the size of a one bedroom flat!!) at a very reasonable price. On top of this, the hotel is right in the middle of Palermo Soho, the neighbourhood which is full of independent boutiques, awesome bars and fantastic heladerias (go to Filippo, best ice cream ever!!:))... Staying in Palermo

Neighborhood Profile
Palermo
Best known as the largest neighborhood in Buenos Aires, Palermo is divided into different quarters, each with its own unique identity. The high-end quarter is Palermo Chico, characterized by magnificent mansions, regal avenues, and exclusive apartment buildings, and home to the Museum of Latin American Art of Buenos Aires (MALBA), a favorite amongst locals. The largest park in the city, the Bosques de Palermo, is Palermo's most famous landmark and a popular destination for nature walks, picnics, rollerblading, and cycling. The scene becomes much trendier in Palermo Soho, a hip area known for its cool cafés and unique design stores, filled with shoppers on weekends; and Palermo Hollywood, renowned for the numerous restaurants, bars and nightclubs, which make it the preferred spot for nights out and special occasions.
