I was in this hotel before, but the front desk service was good, this time seems like they are giving me a favor. Really very rude people, please if is very difficult for you, try to get another job. The booking was completed and full charged, but they can't find it, they don't know, like if is not their problem.... More

The strongest point of hotel is the location it's possible to visit a lot of places in Buenos Aires by feet like Casa Rosada, Florida Street, Pacific Gallery, Puerto Madero, etc. If you looking for a place just to sleep it's a great choice.

There's very little I can say about this hotel as I was only here for one night, arriving at 23:00 and leaving at 8:00 the next day. The room was small, but served its purpose. The a/c was very noisy and didn't cool at all; and having read previous comments about the inefficiency in fixing the problem in a timely... More

During my last trip to Buenos Aires, I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel. My stay was absolutely perfect. From the kind, gentle and professional staff, to the meticulous, comfortable rooms and common areas. The location is perfect, in the heart of the city centre, close to many important and beautiful places to visit . my experience was... More

Impressive hotel. Very well designed internally. Room very comfortable, very quiet and very clean and modern. Staff very helpful, eager and genuine. Surrounded by more shops, restaurants and cafes than you could hope for. Breakfast was more than adequate and held in a nicely designed room beneath the reception area. Security very good too, not that security was a concern. My... More

It was a very warm day in Buenos Aires when we arrived at the Vista Sol after travelling for 20+ hours. We waited at reception, in the non air-conditioned lobby, while the lone receptionist dealt with another customer for 10 minutes but did not acknowledge our presence - a 'Hello' or 'I'll be with you in a moment' is not... Trendy chic boutiques hotel but 4 stars it isn't. The rooms we were in are small which is expected for a boutique hotel, it does have everything you need and a bidet to boot. But it is showing it's age or lack of regular maintenance. They have to move us because in the first room(103) the air conditioner drips water... More

We had booked a standard room but when we arrived we got an executive one instead which was a really nice gesture from them. Staff has always been very helpful with us. The room was clean and big. And the breakfast was amazing. I would recommend this hotel if you are thinking about staying in Buenos Aires for some days.... More

Arrived at this hotel after cruise from Europe on 12 December. No aircon in public areas despite the very hot weather. Rooms were very small, beds very low and uncomfortable. Really good hotel by its price! It is located in a walking distance from many points of interesting spots such as Calle Florida (and Galeria Pacifiico), San Martin Plaza, Recoleta, Plaza de Mayo and Porto Madero. Comfortable rooms, although the tiny bathroom (includes bathtub). Reasonable front desk service and yummy breakfast (normally included in the price).

Staying in San Nicolas

Neighborhood Profile
San Nicolas
Immersed in the sound of honking horns and the footsteps of busy office workers, the Microcentro area of San Nicolás is where visitors will encounter the true hustle and bustle of Buenos Aires, walking down streets lined with office buildings and banks. The financial district is well-known for its vibrant atmosphere and unstoppable rhythm during office hours. After dark, the hubbub migrates to Corrientes Ave., where theater lovers might start their evening at a play and end it in one of the many traditional pizzerias nearby. During the day, Corrientes is known for its many bookshops and classic cafés, which are located just minutes away from some famous landmarks, like the Obelisco, Avenida 9 de Julio, and the Teatro Colon.
