A great location - behind busy Sante Fe but very quiet. Our front room with balcony was clean and comfortable. Breakfasts were superb with fresh fruit, freshly squeezed orange juice and eggs with bacon or sausage and strong coffee and pastries - which we enjoyed each morning on their lovely terrace. Veronica is extremely helpful in providing any information you...

I can't say enough about this quaint boutique hotel. Comfortable rooms, including the bed, A/C, breakfast including fresh squeezed OJ,, great location and, of course, Veronica. The hotel is secure; close to the subway, busses, and even a mall and pharmacy in case you forget anything. Veronica will take care of you. She takes out a map and helps you...

It was recommended by a friend and what a lovely boutique hotel it turned out to be. We were made very welcome by Veronica and Miles who also assisted us in many ways with regards to where to eat and how best to visit locations. Veronica also arranged for a taxi to meet and return us to the airport.

My wife and I had just two nights in BA and couldn't imagine a better place to stay. This boutique hotel has been lovingly restored and is beautifully presented. Veronica is an outstanding hostess and made sure we got the most out of our whistle stop tour of BA, fixing us up with an amazing bike tour of the city,...

My first stop in Argentina and it didn't disappoint. I was so comfortable here that I cancelled my return reservation at another hotel and reserved this one and again on my last stop before heading home. I was fortunate enough to stay in 3 different rooms and all of them were very clean and comfortable. Wifi and A/C worked very...

My husband and I stayed at this amazing hotel with another couple. Veronica and Miles, the hosts, have opened this small boutique, beautifully appointed hotel with welcome arms. They are there if you need anything. Fabulous location, wonderful breakfast, outstanding advise and suggestions as to what sites to see and where to go for a superb meal. We felt at...

The wonderful rooms and the inviting, warm sitting room and bar area turn this boutique hotel into more of a home away from home. The owner, Veronica, is always available and ever helpful for any need, recommendation, or travel problem. We simply have never run into this level of support provided in such a friendly way, more like visiting your...

My wife and I stayed at The 5th Floor during the first stop of our honeymoon tour of Argentina. Veronica arranged for a car from the airport and welcome us personally on our arrival. A perfect hostess, she took the time to point out all the must see BA highlights, recommend some restaurants and even make reservations. During our stay,...

Veronica and Miles at The 5th Floor made our stay wonderful. Each morning, while having breakfast on the terrace, Veronica would help us figure out our plan for the day. She would offer suggestions and help us with any reservations we might need. It felt like staying in a cozy, welcoming BA apartment rather than a hotel. I absolutely loved...

We stayed for a while at this beautiful place after 25 days traveling around argentina! These days were the last we have, before our flight was back home. Veronica s proposal for the day, lunch or dinner were perfect adjusted to our thoughts! Thx a lot! Because of this stay and contact we got "more" buenos aires.

Staying in Palermo

Neighborhood Profile
Palermo
Best known as the largest neighborhood in Buenos Aires, Palermo is divided into different quarters, each with its own unique identity. The high-end quarter is Palermo Chico, characterized by magnificent mansions, regal avenues, and exclusive apartment buildings, and home to the Museum of Latin American Art of Buenos Aires (MALBA), a favorite amongst locals. The largest park in the city, the Bosques de Palermo, is Palermo's most famous landmark and a popular destination for nature walks, picnics, rollerblading, and cycling. The scene becomes much trendier in Palermo Soho, a hip area known for its cool cafés and unique design stores, filled with shoppers on weekends; and Palermo Hollywood, renowned for the numerous restaurants, bars and nightclubs, which make it the preferred spot for nights out and special occasions.
