This hotel had opened in the south area of Puerto Madero several years ago. I stayed there for business back then, but the area was semi-deserted, so you were forced to head elsewhere to enjoy the town. However, the area around the hotel has really grown in the past few years, making it much more inviting to hang out around... More

Agree with other reviews that this hotel makes guests feel very comfortable, the facilities and the staff. If you want to enjoy 'buenos aires' this is the place for you! Each room has a balcony and you are surrounded by fresh air! Location is convenient for Madero restaurants, but downtown is in walkable distance!

Overall, the stay this hotel was fantastic. We stayed here on our honeymoon and it was the modern, clean hotel we were hoping for. Pros: - Modern and clean, rooms were a great size and very comfortable - Location, although I also list this as a con, it is close to many excellent restos - Pool was awesome after a... More

We sadly could enjoy the hotel for less than 12 hours due to tight travel constraints. But, the hotel is clean, beautiful, efficient and comfortable. Our check-in and welcome were rapid and sincere. The room, especially the bed, was perfect. We had not to the city for 10 years and the area where the hotel is located seems fresh, vibrant... More

Stayed here for almost 2 weeks over the holidays & couldn't have been happier with the room, amenities and staff. The rooms are spacious and clean. Mine had a great view! Each room has a bar and mini refrigerator. There's a nice pool and the surroundings are absolutely beautiful. To top it off, the staff is extremely well trained &... More

We arrive at Buenos Aires and were not expecting much. Upon arrival at the customs the people working at the Duane were not friendly at all. at an international airport they refused to speak english. That was new for us. Shortly after that we rented a car from the airport, nobody spoke english and we started getting irritated but we... More

We decided to go to a different location when returned to BA from Patagonia, right a day before coming back home, WELL the fact is that staying a night at MADERO hotel was an excellent decision. It was tons of gold for the perfect closing to our vacation in Argentina. THIS hotel is pure class, fine in all views: rooms... More

First time I've ever been in Buenos Aires and I absolutely loved the city and the hotel, which is beautiful, fully equipped with modern installations, rooms are wide and clean and has a wonderful spa at the top floor. Absolutely loved the original presentation of bathroom's ammenities. Hotel's staff is superb and very aware of needs. Totally recommend it.

Located in a quiet part of the Puerto Madero area, about half hour from the international airport (EZE) and fifteen minutes from the regional airport (AEP) and downtown neighbourhoods. Clean, modern design lines, excellent helpful and friendly staff all round (front desk, concierge, doormen) - arranged dinner show reservations, taxis, made recommendations for dining and sightseeing. Bit of a wait... More

My wife and I visited Hotel Madero in November 2015. The location is great for touring and cabs are plentiful, although, to my surprise, they can simply refuse to take you somewhere! We found the room to be of average size. The breakfast was above average, with plenty of different foods. Here's why I gave an "average" rating. First, we... More

Staying in Puerto Madero

Neighborhood Profile
Puerto Madero
From its refurbished red brick buildings and port cranes to its modern skyscrapers and luxurious apartment buildings, Puerto Madero is the perfect combination of old and new. The river provides a quiet, relaxing atmosphere that contrasts with the hustle and bustle of heavy traffic just blocks away. Across the river, flanked by skyscrapers, are beautiful parks and quiet streets that make this neighborhood a unique destination in a city as busy as Buenos Aires. The restaurants, bars, and nightclubs on the docks make it a prime spot for nights out and have come to symbolize this area. Puerto Madero is even more striking after dark, when the lights from the docks and skyscrapers glow against the night sky.
