The superior room I booked it was impossible to stay in it because of the smell (dust and old) and the noise of the air conditioning unit. The Kitchenette was in a bad stay, so old and all rusty. I am not sure if the room was indeed superior or standard. After 1 night they changed my room for a deluxe one, no smell but full of cockroaches. So, I think that you can find a better hotel in the area.
We stayed as a family of 4 (2 adults, 2 teenagers) here for 2 nights in room 916. We paid approximately USD117 per night. There are both good aspects and bad aspects with regard to this Aparthotel. The good: friendly and helpful staff, fairly low cost. Kitchenette was useful. The apartment was more spacious than a standard hotel room. Breakfast was included in the rate and was OK (although we are not fussy re breakfast). The bad: the air conditioning unit in the main room of our suite was very noisy. The air conditioning on its lowest level was very cold. It was not possible to close the curtains in either room which was a privacy concern as well as meaning that the apartment was lit by the sun very early in the morning (thereby making it difficult to sleep in). Finally, there was a bit of a funky smell in the room which I suspect resulted from a previous guest’s cooking.…
The restaurant here is delicious, the have plenty of fruit and the bread is always warm and tasty, the coffee is so good as well. The hotel is very comfortable, rooms are big and people working here are so kind
I stayed here for 4 nights with my family (4 of us) split over 2 stays - 1 night then 3 nights. The first night was very quick due to a delayed flight and only being in the room less than 12 hours. The room was tidy and had the basic things we required. A good thing was that we were able to leave some bags in storage for 2 nights while we visited Puerto Iguazu, picking them back up on our return to the hotel. Good: - Reception staff were friendly and helpful (and spoke english) - Rooms were spacious, tidy and offered everything we needed (kitchen items included). - Breakfast - it was great. Lots of choices catering for my whole family - Excellent location - handy to public transport, city attractions, shopping and dining - Luggage storage Not so good: - The external roller door to our balcony didn't work properly - only opened 1/2 way (and it was fixed while we were there) - The bedroom door kept rattling with the aircon going. Needed something to wedge it in - A toilet brush would've been handy - It was advertised that there was a guest laundry - this wasn't the case and you needed to go to a local laundry - A safe was available but wasn't locked into a location Overall we were happy with our stay and would definitely recommend it as a place to stay if visiting Buenos Aires…
Stayed for one night. The rooms are basic and quite tired, it was a bit noisy in the rooms with the air conditioning/heating unit. The location is great. Breakfast is decent. I can recommend this hotel if you are just wanting somewhere to sleep.
