We stayed in a mini suite on the second floor. It is true the rooms are pretty small but that's Buenos Aires, more importantly it was clean, the air conditioning worked really well, the prices were extremely competitive and the staff were really really really helpful.

If sleeping in a dark room is at all important to you, this is not the place for you. Check out time is 10:00. Rooms are reasonably spacious but lack closets, so personal belongings must be accommodated in the two drawers available or hanged over the little desk, which makes it uncomfortable if you need to use the desk. Cable...

First of all I would like to say I have never left a negative comment before on trip advisor. However the exceptionally terrible service during our stay has compelled me to do so. In all honestly I can not fault the location and basic level of accommodation at this hotel, despite being told not having curtains in one of our...

We stay only 1 night heading to Mendoza, the price don't worth, we have to leave very early to airport and don't take the included breakfast, so we ask they for a bottle of water and charge me for it. They need client service classes

Hotel's location is excellent. "old school" elevator was surprising and remind me of childhood. Very comfortable beds. Free wifi and very helpful staff. Helped us to find a very good tango place. Overall a very pleasant stay.

We stayed here one night prior to catching a flight. The hotel is relatively new (converted an apartment building) and the rooms have all the amenities you need. The location (Palermo) is a good base for exploring BA. Shopping on Sante Fe avenue and Alto Palermo mall are a few blocks away, as well as access to the metro and...

If you want to stay in a quiet place, this is not the ideal hotel. It's good for young people who want to enjoy restaurants and bars in the neighborhood. And if you want to escape from downtown and the crowded. The problem here is the elevator and how we can hear all the time its sound. But if you...

We stayed here for our for nights in Buenos Aires. The location is excellent - close to restaurants, museums, and shops, and very safe. The best part was the very helpful staff - they helped us set up trips, gave directions, helped us with the subway cards, and changed money. There is also a very nice roof top hot tub...

We arrived tired after a long flight from the US. The reception staff were very pleasant & could speak english well. We were very appreciative of this after having some difficulty with the taxi driver. The rooms are not large, compared to US standards, but we also knew that is more the norm in Argentina. We didn't want an American...

Staying in Palermo

Neighborhood Profile
Palermo
Best known as the largest neighborhood in Buenos Aires, Palermo is divided into different quarters, each with its own unique identity. The high-end quarter is Palermo Chico, characterized by magnificent mansions, regal avenues, and exclusive apartment buildings, and home to the Museum of Latin American Art of Buenos Aires (MALBA), a favorite amongst locals. The largest park in the city, the Bosques de Palermo, is Palermo's most famous landmark and a popular destination for nature walks, picnics, rollerblading, and cycling. The scene becomes much trendier in Palermo Soho, a hip area known for its cool cafés and unique design stores, filled with shoppers on weekends; and Palermo Hollywood, renowned for the numerous restaurants, bars and nightclubs, which make it the preferred spot for nights out and special occasions.

“water pressure seemed better on the 3rd than than the 7th floor; also, there's choice between rooms facing the street (Arenales) which are lighter but noisier; or 'interior' rooms which overlook a small, dark central patio (?). I preferred the latter, being quieter, if darker.”
