My adult son and I stayed for 6 nights and thought the location was great for walking all around Palermo Soho. The first night we stayed in room 202 which has three beds. The king size bed was comfortable. My son sleep in one of the twin beds and prefers a firmer bed. The bathroom was facing one of the... More

It is lovely situated in Palermo Soho, which is itself the best neighbourhood of Buenos Aires - my opinion - It is a very pleasant house, very beautiful with a lovely elevator - old fashion - and a wonderful space for breakfast, seeing the interior garden! And ...free wifi!

First of all, beware if they move you to another hotel down the road. They say its the same but the other one, Didi rooms, is not as nice and also cheeper price. We had to make a big deal of out this to move to the actual Nina Suites after one night at the wrong place! At Nina the... More

We wanted to stay in Palermo to be close to our daughter who lives there. As a family of four we also wanted a 4-bed room to avoid the cost of two rooms. Nina Suites was the perfects place and have a very friendly staff who offers excellent services.

The hotel is simple and fair. It's located in one of the best area areas of Palermo, good for nightlife and restaurants. The washroom facilities need a renovation, this is the only downsize of the property.

We loved it. The staff was really nice and friendly and the rooms were great. We had the two terrace rooms at the the first floor. Also, the neighborhood is really lovely, full with great restaurants, bars and clubs.

Usually a little inn for US$ 150.00 is a boutique hotel. We payed that amount for a bed and breakfast, in need of urgent renovation. The breakfast was less than ok; the room was dirty. Palermo is a nice touristic neighborhood, but too expensive though; the credit card matter really bothers visiting foreigners.

We appreciate your time in writing this comment about your one day stay at the hotel. We would like to clarify that usd 150 per night for 4 people, breakfast included in Palermo area is more than a reasonable price. Regarding breakfast, the hotel does not offer Brazilian or international buffet as in chain hotels. Our breaksfast includes: coffee/tea, yoghurt,... More

Rooms were not ready when we arrived at 2pm, but that was okay as they are officially ready at 3 pm. But at 3pm room was not ready yet, and when we entered the room...it was not clean! It is a nice and chic little hotel with very friendly service and staff, helping a lot. The rooms are big, the dressing room additionally, the furniture and design warm and chic. Cleaning was okay, bathroom looks nice but starts to get old.

Staying in Palermo

Neighborhood Profile
Palermo
Best known as the largest neighborhood in Buenos Aires, Palermo is divided into different quarters, each with its own unique identity. The high-end quarter is Palermo Chico, characterized by magnificent mansions, regal avenues, and exclusive apartment buildings, and home to the Museum of Latin American Art of Buenos Aires (MALBA), a favorite amongst locals. The largest park in the city, the Bosques de Palermo, is Palermo's most famous landmark and a popular destination for nature walks, picnics, rollerblading, and cycling. The scene becomes much trendier in Palermo Soho, a hip area known for its cool cafés and unique design stores, filled with shoppers on weekends; and Palermo Hollywood, renowned for the numerous restaurants, bars and nightclubs, which make it the preferred spot for nights out and special occasions.
