The hotel is located in the center of the city of Buenos Aires. It is a very busy area during the day in contrast to the quiet of the night. We were assigned room 403, its dimensions were small, despite that, it had a minibar, TV, closet with hangers, the basic necessities, a very comfortable bed with very good quality sheets. Very good cleaning. The bathroom is minimal, excessively small with a shower, without a bidet. The staff in general was very friendly. Check in and out were quick.
Breakfast is quite basic, although if one is not very demanding, it is enough to start the day, there are no hot foods such as eggs, sausages, etc.
It is noteworthy that the room was not very noisy, which is a plus when it comes to resting well.
The price-quality ratio is average.

This hotel has a good location. The lobby and room is clean and has good air conditioning. The room itself was like a cell a window opening to a wall with a very small shower and bathroom. The elevator was very old and slow. The air conditioning provided a Very quiet sleep

We stayed at this hotel for a night at the start of our G-Adventures tour of Patagonia and then again at the end. It’s conveniently situated close to the centre of Buenos Aires so it’s easy to walk and see some of the sites.

Check in was quick and we were soon up in our room. As others have said the rooms are fairly basic without a window but was fine for what we needed. Bathroom cramped but clean with hot water for a shower.

Rather than risking changing money out on the street we changed it at the hotel with a good rate.

Over all it was average but fine for us

All was very good. Small room but it was great for what we were looking for, close to everything, agile, we felt satisfied with the quality and price, very clean and noise-free. The delay in the arrival of taxis apparently is normal due to the time but I recommend it in general

The only hotel that made us pay the cost of overnight stays at a higher price compared to the reservation made on Booking.com.
This is because they have adopted a very high USD exchange rate in their favor, however not in line with the official rate applied by all the other structures.
Breakfast and cleanliness are sufficient
Very spartan room almost completely devoid of furnishings to place bags or anything else, to charge cell phones you had to place them on the floor.
Room dimensions that do not allow the trolleys to be completely opened.
Bathroom same as above, shower and WC and sink with very small dimensions.
Transport to the airport was very expensive, we turned to another hotel near via Lavalle
Definitely negative quality/price ratio.

Upon entering the Hotel, I had a very bad experience. According to the reservation made through Booking, you had to pay the sum of
AR $173,556.- When we consulted the Hotel via email, they told us that it could be paid in Argentine currency. The receptionist tells us that the total account to be paid is AR $288,351.- since there was a tax not considered. I don't know what tax that 66.14% will be.
I am a former Booking user and they have never charged me any additional charge that is not included in the total bill.

The hotel is very close to attractions such as the Teatro Cólon, the Obelisk and the Plaza de Mayo, with the Casa Rosada, the Cathedral and the Msueu Cabildo. The room was spacious, quiet and clean. Careful and friendly staff! Especially Martin, who welcomed us tonight.

Despite the delicious breakfast, the space was small for so many guests, which generated a queue to sit down and serve. The bathroom box is very small. A person slightly fatter (over 100 kg) could not get in there. But the water was hot and the shower had good pressure.

It is a hotel restored to new, good looking and always clean. The best thing to highlight are their beds, spectacular in how large they are and their comfort. The attention of the employees, always attentive to good morning, good afternoon.... something that not everyone says. It is a very good option to stay in the downtown area and one block from the Galerías Pacífico shopping center.

Well located hotel, a stone's throw from the pedestrian Florida street, you can walk to the city center. Basic breakfast without hot dishes (sausages, bacon, etc. but that suited us) the hostesses restock the dishes as soon as they run out. The staff is available and friendly. The room is (very) sober. The bed is a little tight in length if you are over 1m80. The description when we booked mentioned a safe in the room but it had disappeared! It would have been worth half a star less but as we can't I left the 5 stars.

Great entrance, it ends there.
Noisy hotel especially when the room overlooks the busy street (window that closes badly), towels eliminated, hanging bedside lamps, one mattress out of 2 longer than the bed base, very average breakfast, disappointing staff does not seek solutions. To flee

How much does it cost for the Hotel transport to meet you at the airport and can you pay in US dollers
Buenos Aires, Argentina1 helpful vote
Hi! Transfer services are not owned by the Hotel. We can cover them with a taxi's agency of our confidence. From Ezeiza airport the cost is $ 700 (pesos). The payment is arranged directly with the driver, in pesos or dollars. For dollar payments you must check the exchange rate applied by the agency. Carsson Hotel.-

Hi I flew from Lima to Buenos Aires, I was exhausted when I got there so I paid 40USD for a taxi straight to the hotel door. it took about 30 minutes my taxi man had very little English and had only v.basic Spanish before I went through the arrival gate there was a tourist information and a taxi rank you pay there and tell the girls where you are going. The public bus is 10USD one of the other girls got and said it was great it brings you to a bus station then takes you to your hotel. takes a bit longer as there are bus stops along the way. I kinda think if I went back I'd get the public bus but when you are arriving judge it when you get there as there could be no buses so taxi could be your only option. if you want to save money maybe say to the girls at the taxi rank if anyone is going the same way? The hotel is on right hand side of the road no big sign but the taxi man will find it the numbers well labelled so have the address in your hand. The hotel is really central lots of little food shops near the hotel. Don't eat the food in the room well over priced. Enjoy your trip and if you need anymore info please ask:)
