This is a regular Holiday Inn located in one of the best areas of Buenos Aires. Walking and enjoying Puerto Madero during off hours is great and some landmarks such as "la casa rosada" are within walking distance. Lots of shops, restaurants and even a mall are within walking distance as well. Hotel was clean and modern and staff was...

The hotel is in a good location, near to a couple of metro stations. It is a standard Holiday Inn Express with functional if simple rooms. The breakfast was complimentary but was a bit limited. Market street (Florida) is quite close as is the riverfront. Traffic was a bit noisy in the morning but nothing serious.

The Holiday Inn Express was 1 of 4 BA hotels I stayed in during 1.5 months of travel in Argentina. I stayed for 11 days in a standard room. The location was good, the staff were friendly and capable, breakfast was fine, Wi-Fi was good. The room was quite small but adequate. Note however that their check-in time is 3pm...

Holiday Inn Puerto Madero is my go to hotel in Buenos Aires. Close to the Convention Center, Luna Park, Galerias Pacifico, Florida St, and Puerto Madero. It's a standard Holiday Inn. Service is consistent, internet speed is fast, and it's located within walking distance to plenty of restaurants and attractions. You can't go wrong here.

Stayed there several times over the last 5-6 years. Well located, with staff willing to help. Raking award points a plus. Cross the street and take the ferry to Uruguay. Don't expect luxury here, but yes expect reliable clean rooms.

The hotel is good, rooms very comfortable, good breakfast and great location. The only problem with the hotel is regarding the charges, I had a reservation for $120 per night and they charge $198 during the checkout. I just notes that later and since them I can't in touch with the hotel administration.

Very well located with easy access to Puerto Madero, La Florida and Galerías Pacifico shopping center. With this said, rooms are in the small side. Tight for 2, definitively no space for more, even child. Bathrooms are very, very small, almost no space to even move around. The rooms look "tired" in need of some refreshment. Mattress also need attention....

Great location in Buenos Aires. Quite pricey for an "Express" hotel. Very friendly staff. Room was comfortable, except for coffee machine not working. Great view of Puerto Madero area. Continental Breakfast included.

Staying in San Nicolas

Neighborhood Profile
San Nicolas
Immersed in the sound of honking horns and the footsteps of busy office workers, the Microcentro area of San Nicolás is where visitors will encounter the true hustle and bustle of Buenos Aires, walking down streets lined with office buildings and banks. The financial district is well-known for its vibrant atmosphere and unstoppable rhythm during office hours. After dark, the hubbub migrates to Corrientes Ave., where theater lovers might start their evening at a play and end it in one of the many traditional pizzerias nearby. During the day, Corrientes is known for its many bookshops and classic cafés, which are located just minutes away from some famous landmarks, like the Obelisco, Avenida 9 de Julio, and the Teatro Colon.
