We stayed there last November for 2 nights in a junior suite. The hotel is beautiful with great service and a very prime location. Breakfast was very good but not the best we had in Argentina. but it was very good. Unfortunately for us we were staying there on a Sunday and Monday night so their main restaurant was closed (we did find a great alternative called Rue however). In any case loved the hotel and look forward to returning

Similar to the previous review, the Hilton staff were our Covid saviours too! We cannot thank the fantastic staff of this hotel enough for the care, consideration and thoughtfulness they gave to us during the start of the lockdown. Every member of staff from the bell boys to the managers, from the reception staff to the waiters and waitresses and housekeeping were truly fabulous. They opened their doors to us having been turned away from the Alvear Palace and helped us to try to get home. The staff were attentive, professional and always smiling despite the difficult times we were all experiencing. They had their own worries and concerns re their jobs and families during this awful time but they were always there to help and assist as much as they possibly could. The Hilton should be very proud of all of you. You were a credit to the hospitality business and THANK YOU. Hopefully, we will return when the world settles back to normal times.

Perhaps not your average review, but COVID19 has not been your average scenario. Firstly, thank you to the Hilton for still being open and honouring bookings whilst many other hotels closed leaving guests in the lurch. We were forewarned about the police presence on arrival & that we would be quarantined in the hotel. No problem, as travellers desperate to get home with flights being cancelled as quickly as we could book them, we knew we were safe in the Hilton. With limited numbers in the hotel & infection control requirements we had no access to the pool, gym or any restaurant other than the bar menu. Soon the hotel responded by adding several daily “specials” to the menu to add variety for those of us stuck for an undetermined time frame. Staff too, were forced to live in on rosters to provide guest services. The concern and assistance of staff to help guests be repatriated whilst meeting all local government requirements was genuine. On our risky last ditch effort to leave Argentina via commercial means, the hotel agreed to keep a booking for us in the event we were turned away from the airport or had another flight cancellation and had to return. Luckily we were able to advise them from the airport that we were successfully able to commence our journey home. We greatly look forward to returning one day to enjoy the full facilities of the Hilton & their amazing staff under more pleasant & less stressful circumstances.

This is a large style Hilton located in the re-vitalised Puerto Maduro district. Staff were very welcoming and within walking distance of typical tourist style restaurants and adjacent to hop on hop off bus stop. Rooms were a little dated and could do with some modernisation, however were comfortable, clean and spacious. We had use of executive lounge which offered snacks and happy hour. Breakfast was simple in the lounge, but much better in the restaurant.

A modern excellent hotel where the reception staff are most helpful, polite and friendly. The concierge was very helpful by phoning to ensure our tour of Buenos Aries called to pick us up. he also confirmed pour pre-arranged transport from hotel to port was going to be on time. What great service. The rooms are spacious in this 5 star modern hotel.A great place from which to explore the city and the canal area with its shops and restaurants only a few metres away
