It's not average and it's not excellent. It's just ok. Clean and not too far from where we needed to be but not that close either. Breakfast was weak, scramble eggs were really soggy. Please fix this, it's horrible. The bathroom doesn't have a fan.

Exquisite palaces and luxurious apartment buildings combine with art galleries and exclusive boutiques to make Retiro the perfect spot for those who enjoy sophistication. However, the non-stop foot traffic to and from Retiro train and bus terminals, accompanied by the myriad of trucks leaving and arriving at the port, mean this neighborhood is never truly at rest. One minute you are walking down a street dotted with
ornate mansions and luxurious shop windows and the next you find yourself surrounded by a sea of people racing to catch their train or bus. It is this juxtaposition of never-ending comings and goings and quiet, elegant luxury that defines Retiro, as well as Buenos Aires, a city where sharp contrasts are all around.

There is no airport shuttle as such however if going to domestic airport (Aeroparque) the hotel can flag a taxi for you. The hotel can also arrange taxi to the international airport which is further away so ask for a rough price. Alternatively, Manuel Tienda Leon is a shuttle bus company that do transfers to both airports and is reliable and relatively cheap compared to a taxi. You can buy Manuel Tienda Leon tickets and board the shuttle bus at their offices in Puerto madero near Retiro(a stone throw away from the Sheraton hotel).
Hope this helps and enjoy your trip.
